Keymapping Issues When Playing Mobile Games in GameLoop Client

After downloading a game, you might have faced key mapping issues, where you are not able to lock your mouse using the ctrl button, or not able to move around using your keyboard.

This issue can be fixed in simple steps. Please follow the steps below, and see which one works for you.

Method-1

Check resolution in the Gameloop Engine setting. PUBGM supports 16:9 and 16:10 resolutions, and CODM supports 16:9 resolutions only. In this case, use the nearest supported resolution to the monitor resolution

Method-2

If you have installed the game through external installation, the Smart keymapping may not work due to missing files. In this case, you will have to reinstall the game from GameCenter so all the necessary files are downloaded. Adapted games will be marked with a Gameloop icon.

Method-3

Sometimes the keymapping files do not get downloaded due to ISP issues, in this case, you should use a VPN to resolve the issue.

1) Download a VPN (Windscribe / Proton / Tunnelbear) and connect to US/UK/Singapore/Germany

2) Launch the game and stay in the lobby for about 30 seconds, do not play a match.

3) Exit the game using the back button or just close the emulator window.

4) Turn off the VPN.

5) Launch the game and the keymapping issue shall be resolved.
