On June 2nd, 2023, eFootball's long-awaited season update finally went live. The developers totally redesigned the game by adding new features and changing current ones, so it wasn't just a season update. The Profile Photo option for your Avatar is definitely the most exciting addition to this season's eFootball.
If you've played against online players before, you may have noticed that some of the people you're paired against have an image of a legendary player as their Avatar or Profile Icon. This guide will explain how to utilize this new feature step-by-step and will show users how to select their profile photo and choose a background from the available options.
What Does an eFootball 2023 Avatar/Profile Photo Mean?
In eFootball 2023, a new in-game feature called "Avatar" enables players to choose the image of their favorite Legendary Player as their Avatar or Profile Photo. You can pick from nearly all of the Legendary Players who have appeared in the game thus far (barring one or two like Kluivert, Rivaldo, Ferrer, and a few others).
Users can also choose from the available alternatives to customize the backdrop patterns of their Avatar to give their Profile Photo a killer touch. Now that we are aware of this new feature, let's examine how to change your profile photo in eFootball 2023.
How to change the profile picture in eFootball 2023?
The game must be started on the user's device. They must follow the procedures listed below when the in-game home screen has loaded:
- Tap on it to quickly access the Extras Tab. Select the first menu option, User Information, from the Extras Menu.
- Go to the first tab, User Details, from the User Information menu. The User Details Page contains information about your account, including your User ID, Username, Region, and Courtesy Rating.
- A Humanoid icon can be found to the left of your username. Touch that. You'd then be sent to the Select Avatar Page. You'll see that every shot is a representation of a Legendary Player Card from the Game. By just tapping on the image, you can select one to serve as your avatar. We will use Lionel Messi as an example.
- Once your preferred avatar has been chosen, press the Next button in the top right corner of the avatar page.
- Next, you will be prompted to select your profile background. The choices are wholesome and offer people adequate freedom to make their decision. Some of the templates are simple color schemes, while others imitate the flags of different countries and football clubs. In addition, there are a number of incredibly lovely and calming design options available. Select a person by tapping on it.
- Finally, touch the Done button that should be located in the Page's upper right corner. You are now ready to go. Your profile photo will be seen by the user you are matched against the following time you play a match.
Final Thoughts
Your profile photo and avatar can be changed at any time. The Profile Photo, however, cannot be changed after being set. After that, you must have a profile picture. It is merely modifiable. Technical issues shouldn't arise because the process is fairly simple. You can always turn to this guide for prompt assistance if you run into any problems while setting and customizing your Avatar.
