  When I heard how amazing this DLC was to everyone, I was hyped, however I thought it was great, not the f*cking next coming of Jesus people were claming it was. + Fantastic looking vehicles and brilliant air vehicles. Awesome levels Alright story Funny melee weapon skin you can get - The cars you unlock while cooling looking are terrible, the air vehicles are much better. A new sh*tty Dubstep gun The worst weapon in Saints row history, a BB gun. Fun, but not as good as people claim it.

  MY OVERALL FAVORITE saints row IV dlc because the dlc mission is amazing, shooting at gingerbread men killing the evil KLAUS adds the cool bb gun and has many references like "you will shoot your eye out" 10/10

  This is the closest I've ever gotten to playing a Christmas game. The world needs more of that. That being said, play this game for Christmas! Especially the end was really cute in a Christmas-y, cheesy way.

  This is the best DLC currently available for Saints Row IV. For me the main game managed to blend the serious with the ridiculous rather well, and while this is an amping up of the ridiculous, it still has its straight elements such as a futuristic Shaundi who treats everything in a grim and earnest manner, which serves to make everything even more funny when you consider how you're accompanying a cyborg Terminator-like lady in order to save Christmas. A small note, but other Christmas time holidays are included, which, while I personally do not celebrate them myself, I can imagine people who do will be glad to see they weren't forgotten. Overall, the DLC is full of heartwarming Christmas cheer, cyborg gangsters, mechanical reindeer and an alien warlord called "Santa Clawz"... so basically, what I'm saying is that it's more of the same insanity which Saints Row IV itself spawned from (which is a good thing).

  [b][u]-Quick Review-[/u][/b] Have you ever been playing a game near a particular holiday and thought “man, this would be nice to be festive while playing this game”. Well look no further, How the Saints Save Christmas DLC gives a short additional quest, and many aesthetics for your mass murder killing machine. [b][u]-Detailed breakdown review-[/u][/b] [b]Story:[/b] You need to save Santa and spread Christmas cheer around the city to defeat the evil “Santa” Claws. As is Saints row 4 theme; it’s full of humor, many cultural jokes made, all bundled up in a happy feel good story that you will probably beat in less than an hour. [b]Game Play:[/b] You get a few new season weapons, a handful of new vehicles, 6 extra activities, and some new Christmas based clothes, there are no real mechanical changes to the game that are worth noting here… think of this as being almost purely aesthetical. [b]Achievements:[/b] How the Saints Save Christmas add an additional 8 achievements to the overall game. [i](Do keep in mind that broken achievement for connecting to saints row online and uploading a character is still broken… as of 02/10/15)[/i] The achievements are a breeze and take very little to no effort. [i](Which is nice compared to the achievements I’ve been getting lately)[/i] [b]Price:[/b] How the Saints Save Christmas, is $3.99, I waited for a big sale so I could spend money in my steam wallet for the DLC. It’s probably a better deal to get the Season pass, or a game of the year addition. [b]Conclusion:[/b] This DLC lasted at least an hour or two to complete, for the price I got it at and the amusement of the characters and references, it was worth getting and playing. Those of you familiar with getting DLC for games won’t be surprised in the slightest that it’s not like buying a whole new game; I forget that most DLC is more of a novelty not a double up on game time played.   This DLC adds a new story/missions that last for about an hour or two of gameplay. It contains all of the normal Saints Row fun!

  'snot bad but some achievements are an awful pain in the posterior to get (the 'find all talking snowmen' one took me forever even using a guide because of how big and repetitive the place is, and don't even get me started on the 'lick through the candy cane' one). The story is okay-ish at best but the premise combines the cheesy christmas happiness vibe with the sociopathic insanity of Saints Row pretty well. I'd say this is the better of the two story DLCs.
