In Genshin Impact, is Dehya a standard Banner character? New official declaration

HoYoverse has officially confirmed the old rumors that Dehya will appear in Genshin Impact as a Standard Banner character. The banners for the new update were shown at one point during the Version 3.5 Special Program. Interestingly, a message for Phase I appeared in the lower left corner:

"Flame-Mane" Dehya (Pyro) will be available in the standard wish "Wanderlust Invocation" after the Version 3.6 update."

The Standard Banner can also be referred to as the Wanderlust Invocation. The message above indicates that she will be accessible on that Event Wish following the release of Version 3.6.

Can Dehya be a Standard Banner character?

Dehya's inclusion in Genshin Impact 3.6's Standard Banner has been confirmed.
