We made sure to take into account your preferences and restrictions - we have developed several meal plans:

• for vegetarians;

• for people who do not consume lactose or gluten;

• for those who like the classic correct nutrition.

First, you choose a meal plan, then the app calculates your desired calorie intake and serving sizes. Every day you get simple recipes that help you gradually rebuild your eating habits. The menu is designed in such a way that you eat a variety of food and do not feel hunger.

• you do not waste time counting calories;

• eat a variety of foods and do not spend a lot of time cooking;
