  Oozes cheap quality, from the strange choices of voice acting and attempts at humor, to the awkward aiming system that defies physics, it feels like an arcade game from the early 2000's. If you are interested in a very simple arcade style 3D on-rails space shooter then got for it but i would reccommend saving your money now and wait until it becomes .99 cents

  Feels like they should of had an early access cycle to this game as this doesn't feel like a finished product; the game has potential but falls short in a few key areas: Only 16:9 aspect ratio support, no remapping for controls, and aiming is all over the place with an odd auto aiming system were you have to basically line your ship up to what u want to hit but that's only when the camera doesn't move it seems. The upped difficulty from the mobile version seemed rushed/under-tested to me, as there are escort missions and such and once you get to a point of the game where you have to protect cargo containers it seems like you hit a brick wall in difficulty that doesn't seem right, and that is on Normal Mode.

  Well, the story and idea are nice (though not new, more like a mixture of star wars and mass effect), but the gameplay isn't. While the presentation (vids and screens) suggest you're in control, the ship flies it's own path and you're only able to apply some offset to it to avoid collisions, gun-fire, etc. So it's like a vintage top-down-shooter with a slight idea of 3D. Wouldn't be much of a problem if it wouldn't fly directly into the most stupid places there is for a battle, like in the middle of half a dozen turrets. So if you ever wanted to know what Kamikaze feels like, join the battle! Another point is the targeting system: you can't choose on your own what you shoot at. There's an automated targeting system which selects targets for you. But the algorithm for selection is incomprehensible, eventually selects something in the direction you're heading but often feels like random. So what you'll need is a lot of swarm missiles (multiple missiles shot at once that automatically select all nearest targets). So a fight with many enemies can pretty quickly become frustrating. Success on higher levels is more about luck than skills. Last thing: the story is very short (one short afternoon and you're through the whole stuff for a single decision tree) and its presentation is a bit "low level", just some audio conversation while you look at your current surroundings. So, if it's on sale for a very low price, it's a distraction for a (very) short while if you don't expect too much, but at full price: not worth it.

  It's like the Kobayashi Maru test, but instead of testing my character, its testing my patience. ..In seriousness though, I liked the concept of the game, which is why I personally bought it on the first day of release, but the devs need to get a better auto-aiming system; for an on-rails shooter, it needs a more defined range on what I can shoot/hit while the game moves through the various scenarios. 5/10

  Simple arcade game, but I enjoyed it a lot. Graphics fine for me. Spend some time playing and game wasn't boring. Shooter "on rails" is not my favourite type of game but it is "on rails" so let it be. Plus: - simple and fun arcade game - nice graphics with fine effects - fine music/sound/fx - just brilliant DLC with soundtrack!!! Amazing music I can hear in my car all time long!!! - interesting story behind - nice try to balance level of gameplay - upgrades Minus: - steering ported directly from mobile version, not exactly good for PC game - some places in the game that might be very annoying - not possible to change steering keys through settings which is very difficult because I'm "left handed" - as I read some problems with PADs might occur - you're buying fun only for few hours Overall rating: 7/10 Price/quality: 9/10

  Goodlooking rail shooter. Controls simple. 360 controller or mouse/keyboard. dispite other comments auto aim not very difficult. having played a lot of similar games I'd give it 7/10 and nicely priced at £5.59. great for a quick blast.

  Good way to spend a few hours (if you play through it twice). It's short and sweet, definitely worth the 75% discount I paid. The only negative from others seems to be the auto-aim. I don't know if the auto-aim was worse when the game was first lauched and then the developers fixed it, but I found the auto-aim to work perfectly. You still have to move your ship to aim and single out the larger ships for your torpedos, it's just not completely manual with crosshairs. I guarantee if the developers added crosshairs to the game most of the whiners would stop, because the auto-aim functions just like the auto-aim that's added into a console shooter game, FPS or otherwise.

  I really wanted to recommend this game... I mean, I love railshooters. I loved Starfox on SNES and N64. But this game... First of all, you can't hit anything unless your targeting system actually targets it. But that is apparently totally random. Sometimes it targets, sometimes it doesn't target anything. If you're flying near the edge of your screen, you can't target anything that's not dead-center in the screen. If you want to target something that's near the edge, you have to fly to the center and then towards the target. And hope it works. Sucks, especially if there's missiles coming at you. And if you don't destroy these missiles, they WILL hit you. Sure, you have the swarm which also hits enemies (and missiles) you didn't target. But usually there's too many missiles for that coming at you. There are no actual boss fights, which is a pity. Except for the mothership, which you could call a boss. And holy crap, is it hard. The first two phases I can get through, but the last one? It fires missiles which you have to shoot down, and uses laser beams which you have to avoid. All the while hitting its "eyes" when they're open. Now here's the thing. First of all, the targeting system rarely ever locks on the eyes. It only locks on the missiles. You can't point at the eyes as well, as you constantly have to avoid the lasers (my hand and left thumb really hurt now). As if that's not bad enough already, the eyes are only open for like 5 seconds. And your lasers actually require 5 seconds to even reach the eyes. So if you don't have a lock immediately and fire, you won't do any damage. You also can't use your auto-targeting missiles, as they take like 7 seconds to reach the eyes. Meaning they'll never hit them. Also, the tunnels you have to fly inbetween battling the mothership are so narrow that it's almost impossible to do so without taking damage. Meaning you most likely won't take on the third phase of the mothership with full health. I have no idea how to beat this, I tried for over 1 hour straight, but I don't think I didn't even do any damage. The rest of the game is relatively easy. So this sudden spike at the end is just unnecessary. This is so frustrating, which is why I sadly can't recommend it, even though it's a good game otherwise.

  I've literally never wrote a review before because I've never felt this strongly about a game. This game is absolute 100% garbage. Its controls make it completely unplayable. I completely regret this purchase.
