Shockwave Browser is a website penetration testing tool. In this app a pen-tester can run brute-force attacks on username/password login pages using word list files.

*** Please note that this free downloadable app is a trial version and a user can run only 9 scans on it. To be able to run unlimited scans and own the full version please tap on "Upgrade to Premium" menu option and in-app purchase the premium version.

** Please be advised that ABApplabs is not responsible for any kind of illegal use made by a user of this tool for making brute-force attacks on website logins. Shockwave Browser is intended to be used as a penetrating testing tool only and any such tests require permission of the website owner prior to such tests being conducted.

** Shockwave Browser can run through the default network connection of the host device. In case if the device uses a VPN or any kind of proxy such as Tor, then this tool will also pass its traffic through the same. Please be careful about any potential DNS leaks.

FEATURES:

* Shockwave Browser is mostly automatic in functionality as the user needs to only enter the main URL of the login web page. This tool can automatically identify there is a login form on the page and extract the details of the form for scan.

* It not only displays the HTML source code of the page but also the header fields.

* This tool comes with a list of most popular inbuilt word lists, or the user can select a custom word list from their device storage to run the scans.

* Since brute-force scans are time-consuming, the user can minimize the app to background after initiating a scan. A constantly updating notification will keep updating the user about the status, while they can use their device for other activities.

* A scan can be stopped at any time by tapping on the STOP button to get partial results.

* Scan results are presented in a list, and each scan result can be tapped on to open a window showing extensive details about the values used, response headers and HTML source. A result can also be seen rendered in a real-time webview to see how it appears on a webpage.

* Results can be stored in the app-cache and can be loaded later on for further viewing.

* The tool is shipped with 3 color themes that the user can set as per their liking.
