So I have answer for those who think its broken, you're supposed to play it again from the beginning. As there is a bunch of new content and additional effects and stuff in the first two chapters, hope this helps

Downloaded Chapter 3 and the fps are pretty bad. Even at the lowest setting on my computer (with all the ambiance and etc turned off) it'll still lag and it's buggy. It'll force me back to a Medium Quality mid-gameplay and lag everything, which is bad when you're running away, or fighting an enemy. The biggest bug I faced so far was when I went back into options to change the Quality (for the 30th time), I accidently hit Quit and when I canceled it the game refused to let me Resume and would only let me click back into Options and Quit. The game told me that it wouldn't save the Current Objective if I quit. So I just quit and figured I would replay that Objective. I was wrong. It completely erased all progress I made in the game (I had been playing for almost 2 hours) and it started me at the very beginning. I'm still going to recommend the game, since I WAS enjoying it and I know that the gameplay can be fun, but since it's release date is today it's still pretty buggy. So either wait a little while to buy it so that it can be patched up, or play at your own risk. People with strong computers might have a easier time with the fps.

So Chapter 3 is my favorite episode of the bunch, but also has by far the biggest design flaw of all three chapters so far. Firstly, replay Chapters 1 & 2 before Chapter 3, they all have new stuff in them (there's new rooms in Chapter 1, new tape recorders, new graphical and audio touches, and some other touch-ups). Chapter 3 is by far the longest episode, throws some story curveballs, and has an interesting focus on Bendy's friends, Alice Angel and Boris. I won't spoil anything, but while I overall liked this chapter more than 1 & 2, it has a pretty huge flaw (the biggest in the Bendy game so far), and it's a pretty big design flaw. Four fucking fetch quest missions in the same large area in a row. You literally are sent as an errand boy on a fetch quest to get four of something, deliver them, then are sent to locate four more things (and fiddle around with them), then go back, then have to go and collect ANOTHER four of something with some stealth, go back, and then have to go and destroy four of something. It's all done in the same area, and I can kind of understand from a designers perspective why they did this due to a few things about the area, but this really wears thin on the player and not really in the way I think the developers intended. On-top of this, there's two other fetch quest in the chapter, one right at the start and a final one as the finale of the chapter (though in fairness, these two are more interesting as they're at least in different locations). As far as I'm concerned, Episodes 4 & 5 better not have any fetch-quests in them as they used up all of their 'fetch quest' cards for Bendy in Chapter 3 to the point of exhaustion. Still, it has interesting story turns, I do find the level design and rooms in this episode to be more interesting than the previous two, there are WAY more enemies in this chapter (and some VERY interesting enemy designs) than previous chapters and a lot more combat (which is a double-edged sword), as well as some general improvements. There is some optimization needed however with some areas stuttering when loading or dropped frames (at launch, I trust the team to fix it up), and I ran into a couple bugs. But if you love Bendy, despite the flaws you're sure to love this. There is a lot of memorable and stand-out moments, it also raises interesting possibilities with the lore, and has some of the creepiest moments of the three episodes so far, so it is definitely worth experiencing.

I Did Not Enjoy This Chapter. It Took Me 2 Hours To Complete It And All The Chapters Objective Was, Was To Go On Fetch Quests. I Ran Into Bendy Only 2 Times, And The First Time I Didn't Even Realize I Had Passed Him. The Whole Chapter Was Nothing But Running Back And Forth To Collect Items For Alice. The Jump-scares Were Predictable, The Monsters Weren't Scary And The Ending Was Predictable. Chapter 3 Had So Much Potential, But Personally I Think This Chapter Was Absolute Rubbish. If The Game Wanted To Do A Fetch Quest Chapter Then The Game Should Have Allowed The Player To Collect All Of The Items At The Same Time. I Can Understand That Everyone Was Waiting For This Episode And The Company May Have Wanted To Get The Game Out As Quick As They Could To Keep The Community Happy, However I'm More Than Happy To Wait A Longer Time For A More Flushed Out And Enjoyable Episode That Felt Worth Paying For Than A Chapter That Could Have Been 70-80% Shorter And Should Have REALLY Have Of Been Released For Free, We've Already Paid For Your Game, Don't Charge Us For Every Episode

Bendy, the first two chapters were awesome!! There were SOME fetch quests in the first chapter, which wasn't that much of an irritation, and the 2nd Chapter was on point, but HOLY MOLEY, this 3rd Chapter is a mess!! Fetch quests...Fetch quests.. Fetch quests... and then MORE fetch quests. ... On what I thought was the last fetch quest where I had to hack away at cardboard cut outs, I got stuck because the character could not jump and moved WAY too slow, and thus, the cardboard cut out in the elevator got me stuck and I could not progress, which ended this episode 3 for my livestream, and now I have zero desire to play through the rest of it (no check point and it tried to make me start from the beginning of the fetch quests again (NOPE!). I was looking forward to this title being an awesome thing to play before Cuphead released (it's the day before the release date actually), but this Chapter 3 was the worst. For the love of god Dev Team "Meatly Games" .... Don't put fetch quests in anymore chapters!!! We aren't playing this game for the fetch quests, and you shouldn't have to feel the need to pad out your game's length, by putting fetch quests in it. We're not here for the fetch quests.. it's not why I paid 5 bucks. I'm here for the story you are telling. I couldn't experience the story because the annoying fetch quests barred me from that. Please think about this when you design a game for folks to play in the future.

Okay... So where do I begin: First of all, I'd like to say that the first two installments of this game were actually pretty good. I enjoyed the atmosphere, and the overall design of the studio. The plot was quite intriguing, and I was fully willing to suspend my disbelief and roll with the story to wherever it was going. And then... The Fetchquest hall began. I get it. Sometimes, the gameplay needs to be padded a bit, it's common practice. In small amounts, it even helps build proper atomosphere. But... Not like this. Not two, not three, not four, but five. Five different fetch quests, one after another, sprawling a huge area with a rather slow moving character and honestly clunky combat mechanics. I wish I could love this chapter like I did the others, but it was just not fun. It felt like a chore, and was just... Boring. With that in mind, I don't think I'll push on to play the other two remaining chapters, should they do the same. This... This was just too much in a concentrated amount to be any fun for me.

chapter 3 of bendy got me scared the whole time i was playing it! its also 1 hour long!!!! themeatly did so good on this chapter! it was worth the wait. if you are a fan of bendy and the ink machine you will love this chapter. and there is now a way to save! all you have to is press e on a punch in station!. and these graphics are amazing! but i do have one thing to say. the game lags ALOT. and the only way to get rid of the lag is to lower the graphics, but then the game looks terrible. im sure themeatly will fix that when chapter 4 comes out. bendy and the ink machine is such a great game. cant wait for chapter 4!

This chapter is a COLOSSAL improvement from chapters 1 and 2. But for some reason, at the end of chapter 2, boris saves you, then the chapter ends and goes onto chapter three. But you don't end up in that same exact place, you end up in a bed in boris's house. This chapter is really stressful since bendy is more around, but it SO fun. There are more tools too: A wrench, a plunger, a pipe, a syringe, and most importantly, THE TOMMY GUN!!! Well, and the axe, if you are including tools from the other chapter. There are much more secrets, the meatly's secret has more to it, (Not just him standing there.), choices between paths, (that don't lead to different endings.) and if you like hello neighbor, you have got to play this 'cause that is what bendy does. But if you don't like hello neighbor, still play this game because it is outstanding. What is most important of this whole review though, is that I can't wait for chapter 4.
