  This add so much more to The Sims 3. The pack has so much to offer I recommend this to anyone who loves pets. Though, it would be cool if you could be a stray animal. But i know a mod for that.

  Pretty good! I like that they put more different animals in the game, especially horses. However, I have experienced some glitches, like horses getting "stuck" in the grass with their hooves sort of underground. Annoying, but if you save the game every now and then, it's not a huge problem to go out of the game without saving and then get back in. Another glitch I've experienced, is that the cats and dogs fur look very gritty and is more of a shadow around the animal, than a nice full coat. Still haven't figured that out... but since you rarely see the animals that up close when you're in the game, it doesn't bother much - more than when you're creating them.

  This expansion's equestrian content is excellent. A career in racing is more interesting than the standard jobs; it pays a little less well, but it has lower time demands to make up for it. Maintaining your horses can get a little tedious, though, and there's a slight risk that they can get stuck in fences; don't use narrow fences, and don't keep horses on lots with fences just outside the lot -- like the small VIctorian one in this expansion's starting town. Speaking of the starting town, though, it's very nice, apart from how horses sometimes get stuck in the fences just outside the starter-Victorian lot; and there's no need to play it with a particular eye for pets. If you do want to play a pet-oriented game, it's probably a much better choice than Sunset Valley, the default game, where the riding stables end up out in the middle of nowhere with the two rich families' estates. I can't say as much about the cat and dog contents as I can about horses; I've never really tried to use them much. Apparently both can be trained to hunt, but they can only hunt a subset of the things that the Collection Helper can take care of. Between the tedium of taking care of them and the low utility they have to offer, I'm not that terribly interested; but then, I'm a cat person. Still, if you're in the market for Sims 3 expansions, this isn't a bad one at all. I paid full price, which was a little high; waiting for a sale might be better.

  I managed to get a unicorn into my household and can now order it to burn down neighobrs houses with the power of MAGIC! 11/10 Would pyro again Also wait for a sale. It's not worth $20 but it is a fun DLC

  I love this game! Before I only had sims 3 and I wanted it for ages because i saw a lets play of it but it turned out to be boring good job i got it on summer offer! This really inspired me and looked amazing i really reccomend it although it does take 20 minutes to dowload but it is worth it if you love animals i love horses and spent like half of an hour customising one to look like and arabian it turned out ok for a beginner the only thing i dont like is the pugs cuz they dont look real and they are quite ugly but other than that i really do reccomend this and its worth the price it addeds so much charecter to the game and your sims and there homes. if u read all the way through congrats
