  Alrighty...So looking at this game from the cover , it looks basic and not really worth anything ,but.... But the game play is on the other hand different. But this game as you will see is why judging a book by it's cover is a bad thing. Game is fun , and the vehicles handle good. yes it's kind of cartoony and all , but it's got simulation elements that i really like. Goods : - Handling : Vehicles handle really nice and with a touch of a button , you can have Confort mode , Drift mode , and Sport mode and will make it handle different. - Graphics : Cartoonish but looks good. - Economy : Deliver cargo , People , Hitchhikers. - Police chase you for really anything you do to break the law. - Buying vehicles : You're given one car and you have to buy your way to better vehicles. - In-Game radio / Streaming radio too. - Wheel support / Controller support (Plug n play) BAD : - Game has brief moments of Frame drop and/or lag. - Game can be VERY Bright during the day time. blinding at times. Ugly : Nothing to report at this time Closing : I do like that the Developer is active and seems to be working WITH the community to fix / Add items. I would like to see a larger map , after a while driving around , the map feels rather small. But the map is large enough i suppose. I would add the ability to have more interaction with your home , at this moment all you can do is sleep to pass time and nothing more.

  I really enjoy driving games of all sorts. This game is one of the better ones I have ever played. It kind of reminds me of the old Test Drive games (before they turned into strict racers), where you can sort of make your own game with the tools provided. You can take several jobs such as truck driver, bus driver, police, ambulance, taxi, or just cruise around doing whatever. The driving physics are incredible. This isn't the sort of game where you can just floor it around the whole map. That is a great way to tip your truck or just slide off into the trees. Also crashing your vehicle causes damage to the wheels, engine, and radiator. Overheating is already a problem for most cars here so a damaged radiator is going to slow you down, so drive careful! As fun as the game is, what makes it even better is the dev. Take a look at the discussion forum for this game. He is an absolute sweetheart who always answers in such a kind and positive way. In an industry so rife with toxicity, he is a breath of fresh air and I can't wait to see what he comes up with next.

  This game is so much fun and entertaining! There is so much you can do in this game from delivering cargo, to driving a bus and or being a police officer it is sure to keep you entertained for hours on end and its pretty much endless. In the beginning you basically start out at level 0 for each driving tier (police, bus, truck driver) etc and you drive and make deliveries in order to increase your level in order to unlock more vehicle types, make models and etc. You can also use the money you earned to buy new cars, upgrade their parts and so on at the tuning shop. The people also make quite funny sound effects for instance if you pick them up via a bus and drive them around to their destinations. The graphics overall for this game are pretty good, theres just slight issues and things could be improved with that as well. I can't wait to see more from this developer as they seem like they are constantly adding updates and listening to the communities feedback as well. Its also nice to see this game has support for all different types of controllers and even a steering wheel as well which is awesome. I would completely recommend this game, if your looking for something a bit more advanced besides ATS and ETS 2 or you just want to drive and drive without no restrictions whatsoever.

  This game is awesome. I am an American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 player, so I am writing this review with other truck sim gamers in mind. The game has bus simulator, crazy taxi, law enforcement, and racing elements as well, but my interest is mostly on the trucking side. Motor Town has a lot of things that ATS and ETS2 players have been asking for for years: [list] [*]being able to get out of the truck; [*]selecting your character's appearance; [*]owning a home; [*]going into buildings; [*]driving a straight truck/rigid; [*]no places behind barriers that you cannot access; [*]driving a coach bus; [*]driving a tow truck; [*]getting pulled over by the police; [*] and customizing your truck's (or other vehicle's) gear ratios, suspensions, turbo chargers, differentials, etc. in addition to engines and transmissions. [/list] Right now, you can haul flatbeds, dry vans, tankers, dumps, and cement mixers, in addition to smaller vehicles. Log trailers are in the works. You can play the game with keyboard, gamepad, or with wheel and pedals. All my controllers connected instantly: a Driving Force GT wheel, a TH-8A shifter, a custom range-splitter, and a clutch pedal I made myself. No problems with controls at all and very easy to set up. We are just missing head-tracking for now, but the developer plans to add it in the future. This game provides a nice change of pace from ATS/ETS2, and I recommend it for any fan of truck simulators. If you think you might like it, try the free demo. The demo limits you to level two, so check out the guides for what vehicles will be available to you at that level. If you buy the full game, your progress will carry over.

  This is Euro Truck 2, except it simulates everything with four wheels [i]including[/i] trucks. With Motor Town you don't just have unlocks for particular vehicles, you've also got experience-based entire vehicle unlocks. Like doing routes in a bus, but find the starting VW Microbus knockoff a little small? Grind a bit more to unlock the school bus, etc. MT is loaded with this sort of thing, it's so easy to lose hours just doing late night cross-island cargo runs with a podcast blaring in the background. Vehicles in this game really have weight as well as handling changes when loaded, you'll be able to feel the difference when that half dozen crates of apples you dropped off is replaced by a pallet of freight. Expect a stock truck to noticeably wallow on its suspension and be a little more tippy through turns until you've unloaded. Even empty vehicles feel large if they actually are, something very few AA simulators manage to capture. Motor Town supports steering via keyboard, mouse, steering wheel, controller, etc. It also has a list of streaming net radio stations if podcasts aren't your thing. Default vehicle sounds are decent but you may find yourself turning the soundtrack off as it gets old fast. Yes, this has multiplayer - convoying with friends or just driving around on a living map with strangers is fully functional. As for the visuals so many are calling on to be replaced, I think they look great - early and late-day lighting really makes them pop...as an added bonus they allow potato PCs like mine to run this game too. So many Early Access releases nowadays start at $30 and are rarely worth it. This starts at $17 but after a couple hours you'll probably feel a teensy bit guilty having paid so little for it. Yes, Motor Town is that good. This feels feature complete, finding new job types added with every second update is just icing on the cake.
