  First of all, I have to mention that the producers of the game bring frequent updates to the game and make minor changes and improvements. But the game has so many aspects that need improvement, it has so many shortcomings that I can't tell. Graphics could be better. I do not understand how such a game gets 10 GB when installed on a computer. The product variety is very small. If you are curious about the game, imagine that you are running a gas station rather than setting up and running a supermarket. When you start the game, you have a car, already a hollow house and a market. The dynamics are very bad when driving. There is no one else in the traffic except you and the cars parked around. Both the staff in the store and all the customers who come to your store are actually the same except for the clothes they wear. So much so that even their posture is the same. The store employee has an expression as if he was stopping to ask for an account, not to help: D With the update, the feature of setting up a farm has been introduced in addition to operating a market. You can buy chickens, sheep and cows and place them in your farm and earn income. However, this does not allow you to spend a lot of time in the game. After a while, you buy the product and wait for it to be sold on the shelf. So there is not much more to do with all the products. You can go to the desktop and hang out while your cashier is selling, or you can go to your kitchen and have a snack. You don't need to wait at the beginning of the game. I played for 22 hours, but I played by delaying, otherwise everything you do after 8-10 hours at most is repetitive and not fun. I think there is only one nice aspect of the game is its idea. Many simulation games have been made, so now everything has a simulation, but I do not know other than this market simulation game. I would be glad if anyone can enlighten me. Because the kind of simulation I want to play is running a market. In summary, if you don't play the game, you don't lose anything. But if you want to play market simulation like me, try it, maybe you will have fun for 3-5 hours but then you will get bored.

  DON'T BUY After a few months now it's really and sadly obvious that DNA Games are just a smart cash grab. The dev is rolling out a new Simulator, people buy it and are happy because devs pushes more content very fast. It makes you feel like "Wow, that's crazy fast development". There will be also some minor bug fixes. But important Standard features like key rebinding won't get added at all. Then suddenly everything slows down, little to no more updates. On Discord dev is promising he is working hard on the next patch while his helpers keeping players happy with polls full of awesome new features (with only the first few get implemented and then nothing more) and every day mini games with game code giveaways (what looks generous at first, but isn't a really big deal if you have a pile of unfinished games) And then suddenly a new DNA Game pops up in the Steam Shop. Rinse and Repeat. So I really recommend to not buy anymore games from this dev, he is fooling you. And if you don't believe, check all the DNA games and their patch history + release dates of the games. And you will see it's right. New game -> lot's of patches -> suddenly no more patches while game is NOT finished -> New game pops up.

  I like Trader Life Simulator. The game development is in progress and there is a roadmap with further updates. It is a simulation in a tiny world between your nice house and your own supermarket :). Discover the world of business! The start is not easy and you had to look at your finances, but that´s the fun - capatalism do not sleep ! Some tipps for start: You have only 600 € at start. What you have : place a bed in house and the toilet in bath. What you need : buy a baths tub for 250 € after one day! - Invest your money 450 € in cheap products without fridge items - let your store open much as you can (Time is money!) - you do not need electricity - you have a flash light (press L) - you do not need furniture at start - place all products at bottom in store - save money for pharmacy (235 €) and cashier (daily 50€) - eat cheap at food truck close supermarket if you have 95 hunger (for 65 € you get 0 hunger) - you do not need the car at start (cost repair, oil and gas) you can walk and run - loan the cart at JABA shop and transport 12 boxes in one ride - get the revenue from cash register daily My first steps: Work hard ! - wake up 7 am - run to store and open the big door at 8 am - check which products you need 9 am - run to Jaba shop 11 am - buy 12 cheap product boxes and run back with full cart to store 2 pm - unload cart and unpack boxes at bottom 4 pm - get cash at 10 pm and close store - run home, go restroom and sleep Next day the same: - wake up 7 am - run to store and open the big door at 8 am - check what you need 9 am - run to furniture shop and buy baths tub and run to Jaba shop 12 am - buy 12 boxes and run back with full cart to store 3 pm - unload cart and unpack boxes at bottom 5 pm - get cash at 10 pm and close store - eat cheap at food truck for 65 € (-100 hunger) - run home, go restroom, bath and sleep Later in the game: - you can go bank (only place where you can money banks to sales account) and use ATMs for transfer - use the car for transport JABA boxes (use roof too, place fruits at bonnet) - buy more furniture or racks for your store or home - use Best Burger (15 € Fries = -25 hunger, 25€ Burger = - 35 hunger., 35€ Pizza = -45 hunger) - invest in more products, buy fridge, pay electricity bill - buy pick up or truck for more cargo - your supermarket get a new storage with update 1.4 - improve your home or supermarket (build walls, door frames, doors) The Dev-team is active at discord: https://discord.com/channels/582718049832927232/814866758833274911 and you can report bugs in https://discord.com/channels/582718049832927232/814191734640082985 The game has the same problems like all open world sims, but the devs have a open ear and try to improve in further updates. At the moment the NPCs need a improvement, there are only male NPC - this world has no women ^^ - hope it change soon :). The car physik is funny and need a little polishing. Some product prices are too expensive. The health system is too expensive. If you like simulations you want to have fun with this trading simulation :) - create your own supermarket!

  DO NOT BUY. This developer, DNA ARMY GAMING, has released seven different titles in the last 17 months. This is the only title with a positive review score, but don't let that fool you. It's bare-bones in concept. The UI is horrible, models are mediocre, and the game seems to be designed to maximize wasting the player's time so they don't have an opportunity to realize that there's no actual goal or endgame. This game is merely a time waster. If you want a game with any depth at all, don't buy this or any other game from DNA ARMY GAMING.

  This game showed promise when I first picked it up, but the developers left it in an unfinished state and are just shovelling out more unfinished software. Make no mistake, these are shovelware developers and they don't care about the quality of their games, or their customers, just as long as they got your money. Stay away from this game and stay away from any other game by this developer.

  The premise of the game is interesting and I was looking forward to it, but unlike the trailer, the game has no music and barely any sound effects. Everything feels bland and rushed. Sure there's quite a bit of variety and a lot of features, but there's not much depth, it's clunky and feels like an asset flip to put it nicely. NPCs are copy pasted, wonky and the animations are ridiculous. If I play some more I'll give it a more in depth review, but I'm not enticed to at the moment. Not recommending the game in this state and can't get a refund with 60 minutes played because I played it 2.5 weeks after purchase, what a shame.

  Abandonware. If you have OCD you will hate trying to put displays down as there isn't a way to put down shelves with a snap grid. Terrible rate system that you have to have a certain score to buy some items, regardless of how much money you have. Hasn't been updated in forever, as I've come to learn the devs put out games just to get the money and basically run and move onto a new game. It really doesn't feel like the devs care about the games they make, and this game could be AMAZING if they continue to add more features, but they are more worried about putting out new games and dumping old ones. I have literally no reason to ever return to this game unless they do more with it. $20 seems like a lot to ask for considering its abandoned, and I didn't even get 30 hours of play out of it. They were updated quite often when it came out (which is when I bought it) but then updates stopped happening. They put out the new map which honestly wasn't what the game needed most, but that was the last the devs ever updated the game. And that was in August. I don't want to dislike this game or the devs, but its hard not to when you follow their discord and all mentions of the game are only about sales and they focus purely on new games for the short while they update them (which, their update page in Discord tells you all you need to know about what I'm talking about). PLEASE UPDATE THIS GAME, PLEASE GIVE ME A REASON TO ENJOY IT AGAIN. Thank you for reading. ***EDIT: (Feb 22nd, 2022)*** Yesterday, I commented on a post from T.L.S. announcing the discount, and I pointed out how they no longer update the game (and of course, are releasing T.L.S. 2 at some point). Now, I was banned from posting. The reason given? "Respect." Granted, I could've worded it nicer, and I would quote myself here but I can't access the specifics of what I actually said since the post is deleted. But can you blame me for being upset that these devs dumped the game? No wonder why they are selling it for TWO DOLLARS. I wish I could still return it but that ship is sailed. They have yet to put any updates since my initial review, so yeah, this game is a goner. Absolutely STAY AWAY from these devs. They will make what appears to be a good game, but give it two to three months and it'll be dumped like a two dollar....you get the idea. Thanks for coming to my TEDx Talk (I'm not good enough for an actual TED Talk but I've made my peace with that). As stated before, it was abandoned QUICKLY. But don't take my word for it. The games that only came out a month ago is definitely somewhat excusable, but their track record really tells you how it'll likely go. And the best part is? Trader Life Simulator, their most highly rated game, was abandoned, and is getting a 'sequel.' I firmly believe it's because of this reception is why this is happening. They found a 'good game' (which it isn't, it needed far more updates) and are now going to capitalize on it by making a second, nicer looking game. STAY AWAY from these devs at all cost and DO NOT give them your money. If you really think a game of theirs could be good, DO THE FOLLOWING: 1) Look at the date of release (I would wait a minimum of six months given the abandon time previously listed) 2) View the update news and see how often it's updated 3) Look at the reviews, and see how many of them seem legitimate and thought out enough to be reviews. I hope this review is the cautionary tale I wanted it to be. I got Trader Life Simulator the day it went out because it looked great. It was fun enough to play (back when you thought it was going to keep updating) but here we are. Thanks for reading!
