  This time, really no recommendation. It is incredibly tedious and annoying. Due to the background of the game, it is necessary to dispose of every single tin can (unused), every kitchen utensil (incl. knives, pots and pans). The garage door cannot be opened, which would have made access to an area much easier. To make matters worse, there are also a billion boxes to be stacked there. Apart from the thousands of annoying glitches. Really, a clear no!

  Custodian of Evil cleans crime scene. Film at 11. Pros: + VCD's main game incorporates the DLC level into a selection menu instead of seperate launcher + VCD devs are pushing game's potential now by adding extra exploration, mysteries and "to do's" in missions + Bad Banger Boom Box music is fitting (80's horror synth is especially great) + Horror movie references are abundant and entertaining + I committed more inhuman atrocities cleaning up the mess then the psychos that created it Cons: - If you're not into VCD or the concept or only play "serious" games, then this won't pique your interest - Some of the puzzles are obtuse; may need to play level a couple times or look at a FAQ to figure them out Bottomline, if you love VCD, then this DLC is a must-buy and absolutely worth it.

  You can throw dead teenagers into a woodchipper, an action that I had no idea would fill me with such wonder and glee.

  Great! I loved exploring the different areas and finding all the references! My one complaint is that you cant store the items that you find in your office, they dissapear. Therefore there is no real reason to have a janitor box on the map. I really wanted a toaster on my desk. Other than that, great DLC.

  Have you ever dreamed of throwing into a woodchipper or a woodcutter dead teenagers? To send them through windows? To find weird objects like a ring, an evil book or a clawed hand? Welcome to House of Horror! Your job is to clean a whole house (with a cabin and a secret alter too) after a teenager party went to joy to bloody hell! Teenagers everywhere! For once, you're not into a space station or another planet than Earth. While you still have PIDs, the slosh, the vendor and the disposal bin dispenser, you don't have any incinerator. Only a woodcutter. Well, thanks god, it's better than an airlock when you have to dispose of the dirty buckets. As you don't have anything to burn bodies, you're kinda forced to stain everything when you walk as they're often colliding with the walls. Also, your only reliable source of light is in the garage, as you can only "buy" candles or lit pumpkins that can extinguish themselves if you mishandled them. I think that you can lit the candles that are scattered around the level, though I discovered that fact when I throw a lit one into a bin with unlit in it. The problem can come with the grass, as I've found knifes that I lost well hidden in the ground. It's not easy to spot stuff. Anyway, the bad banger, aka the radio, has nice Halloween tracks. The map is huge. I'm currently stuck at 89% because there is a kitchenware somewhere that isn't bipping with my sniffer and a stuck hand, affected by a glitch. I'm wondering if I bring the welder with me..... Anyway, go for it if you want a nice change of scenery. Really, go for it. New trophies are always welcome in an office anyway.

  This map looks great. The area size, the design, the messes numbers are all good. Only one problem! There are too much crates or the stack area too narrow. I hope the developer change the stack area size to bigger. (v1.03) [u]Good things:[/u] [list] [*]Good atmosphere. [*]Enough light everywhere. [*]I really like the candle light. [/list] [u]Bad thing:[/u] [list] [*]Too much crates or too narrow stack area. [/list] I recommend this DLC to all who like the [i]'Viscera Cleanup Detail'[/i] game. P.S. Feel free ask my help and I'll try come as I can. I like clean this map.

  A large and interesting map worth every penny/cent/kopek/paisa/halala/Øre/squirrel pelt. However, what I don't understand is the trash sorting logic - or the lack of it - or perhaps it's some sort of twisted sense of humor, because it sure makes me snicker: A perfectly fresh pumpkin lantern is a trash - a completely burned candle is NOT a trash. An ancient finely carved indian burial totem is a trash - a satanistic book of evil containing the instructions on awakening the dead is NOT a trash. Trashcan is a trash - trashcan's cover is NOT a trash. All these unopened canned foods, drinks, kettles, knives, frying pans, coffee makers and toasters are pure evil and should be immediately destroyed! Let's however leave the [spoiler]possessed hunting trophy[/spoiler] untouched. What about the [spoiler]portal[/spoiler] down there that [spoiler]eats everything[/spoiler] that walks by? Nah, leave it be, but make sure to throw away the lawnmower, that thing is really starting to bother me. OH looky looky, the neighbor has lights on. He's probably currently at home. Should we mince all this junk over the hedge straight into his yard after being stressed to handle the job with utmost discretion?! Heck yeah!

  The video and the images speak for themselves - a Viscera level finally for the occasion of Halloween. "House of Horror" is one particularly long level - as opposed to the other 2 DLCs released so far (Santa and Shadow Warrior) - with lots of achievements, completely new objects / textures and a handful of references to our favourite horror films from the 80s. Even the radio got a nice little 80s-esque soundtrack that perfectly accompanies our cleaning activities. For Viscera fans - like myself - it is a must. I am against DLCs but I just couldn't resist to pay 2 euros for this during the winter sale. PS: This DLC is not launched separately - it does require you to "switch" between games, though, but this can be done via the Viscera main menu. Therefore, its achievements are part of the Viscera achievement list.
