Iplay this game with my grandson. He is way better at it than I am but we enjoy doing jobs, having sleep overs and deciding on which outfit to wear.

I bought this game when a friend and I were looking for new co-op games to play together. Upon the first hour or so of playing we were both like alright, this game may end up just getting refunded due to the wonky physics, and it had felt like we had done everything at that point. We then made the decision to keep playing, and boy it's a good thing we did! We ended up playing for another 4 hours just finding new secrets and new hidden missions to do. If this game doesn't appeal to you right away, all it takes is time, and a little bit of curiosity. It's awesome that little games like this provide more content and customization than most AAA games do now.

I usually don't post reviews , BUT I figured I should just drop a comment on this game and tell you that if you're on the fence about buying this one. DO IT! I suffer from depression and the amount of times this game has made me chuckle, guffaw and has kept me completely invested the whole time. Money well spent! Thank you to Rubber Band Games for making such an enjoyable little open world game!

I had been struggling to find a game for my son - he's not interested in the narrative of the Lego games, or in completing the objectives in a racing game. This is perfect, an open-world with a huge variety of things to do such as fly planes, drive tractors and trains, and a range of different jobs. Very strongly recommend for kids who aren't interested in narrative play

I play this with my 5yo and 16yo. Literally anyone can play this. The amount of love the devs continually pour into this game is truly amazing. I could go on and on about this game. I truly enjoy it, not just tolerate it, while my kids play too. And there's so much to do. Just get it.

Wobbly life is a fun Ragdoll Sandbox. You can do quests and play with friends and there are presents hidden around the map. I recommend this and I am a 9 year old boy.

What an absolute gem of a game. It saddens me that until now people (including myself) were not aware of this games existence. It appeared to completely slip on the radar before trending recently. And it absolutely deserves that overwhelmingly positive score it has. This game has clearly taken a lot of inspiration from beloved childhood games, such as Henry Stickmin, Simpsons Hit and Run and, at least visually speaking, something like Unturned or Little Big Planet. The graphics are simplistic, but that is not a criticism. They're bright and bouncy and make you feel good. It has that quintessentially British humour, with much of the core of the game revolving around jelly (or jello for our American friends) and jelly-related terms. The music reminds me of Stardew Valley and similar games, and is light-hearted and adorable. A few missions have music that is evocatively similar to other games. For example, the pizza delivery mission plays a song intentionally similar to Spider Man's infamous side-mission, even including the music speeding up. Such detail and references are welcome, wholesome and fill me with joy. There is actually quite a lot to do in the game. At first it seems to not be the case, but as you expand the map and are made aware of the various island 'worlds' that make it up, then it is actually quite jam packed with content; especially considering the price. There's an assortment of vehicles, houses, pets and places to explore. You can customise your little Wobbly character with a variety of fun outfits. The quests are the perfect balance of relaxed difficulty: easy enough to have fun and also to sit back and not stress too much about it. I generally hate timed quests in games, but this game does them well with enough room for forgiving mistakes and are short and enjoyable enough to eagerly give a second and twentieth go. The co-op is fantastic. My only criticism is for some reason there is a controller button that allows me to spawn a second character in addition to my own and then splits the screen. The controls then become unplayable as it is attempting to use dual inputs, requiring me to restart. It isn't a major deal, but I hope they fix this very strange bug or feature? I'm unsure. Thankfully joining back into a game with someone is incredibly easy, progress is saved easily, the game loads quickly and is all-around well optimised for cooperative play. Joining missions with your friends is easy and allows you to equally reap the rewards for completing them. I would recommend playing it with friends over solo, as the missions are definitely oriented for multiple people. Not to say solo is not also not wonderfully enjoyable. The controls you might expect would be terrible, as this is a 'ragdoll physics' game akin to Goat Simulator. I think the controls are better. They are actually surprisingly responsive to such a game. The developers have clearly combined just enough physics as to be amusing without eternal frustration of bugging out. There are surprisingly few bugs in this regard. While I have managed to slingshot into the stratosphere a few times, it never broke the game or what I was doing and was instead enjoyably awaited. And for the few times I did clip through something, there is a respawn button, which should be ubiquitous in these games. The vehicles feel responsive but definitely control like much older titles where they are challenging beasts to turn at speed. All of this makes for much hilarity, without much frustration. I honestly cannot believe this game is still in Early Access for the amount of polish it has in most areas. If you're having a bad day. If this world is seeming just a little too existential, then come to Wobbly Island, buy a house for $1,000 to taste the sweet sugary tones of ownership and firmly attach your stubby gelatinous hands to any passing vehicles. Because, remember... Wibble wobble. Wibble wobble. Jelly on a plate.
