Find, summon and track monsters with this app for 5e. It contains the Open Game License bestiary for 5e rpg, but you can also import other creatures from other sources. Use the automated dice rollers for the creature's attacks, and easily track the creature's hit points with a handy health bar.

Warning: the 3d dice rollers may not work with some desktop android emulators.
