MPU 簡介

"MPU" is an android application that executes mechanical calculation of protective ropes, or phase conductors, overhead lines, as well as numerous calculations related to the design of power line transmission lines ≤110 kV, with ranges of ≤500m and angle of inclination in the range of ≤30 °.

It supports all Android versions starting from "jelly_bean" (API level: 16), or 99% of all Android devices that are in use today.

The mechanical calculation of the rope is well known and there are numerous software tools that perform it. The purpose of this program - android application, is to enable engineers to directly execute the mechanical budget while they are still on the ground, along with their operational activities on taking the route of the transmission line. Therefore, the need to return to the office is eliminated to access the desktop computer, the CAD program and specialized software add-ons for mechanical calculations and drawing of sprockets. The concept solution is checked on the spot and it controls the compliance of technical regulations. Just a smart phone or tablet is enough, which is practically always at hand.

This reduces the time required to carry out work tasks related to checking the safety altitudes of overhead conductors, controlling the stresses and defects in crossing the transmission line, and the like. During the recording of the subject situation in the field (measuring distance, angle, station, etc.), the user of this application can simultaneously enter the parameters of the mechanical calculation in it, and, based on the results, on the spot, determine whether, for example, satisfied safety height above an object, or when crossing two transmission lines, or whether the insertion of a new pillar in the existing water route will solve the problem of crossing the transmission line over a residential building, and the like. By doing this, the user of the application directly in the field checks whether a particular solution meets the rules and conditions in advance, and, depending on that, adopts the solution or continues shooting the terrain for a new one.
