Age related cognitive decline is becoming more and more common, but little is known about how memory works. The goal of Muscle Memory is to educate the user with tips and strategies on how to alleviate the effects of cognitive decline! Some of the features include:

Word Rally: Test you immediate and short term memory with a challenging word game!

How the Brain Works: Learn about all aspects of memory, including short term, long term and prospective memory.

Memory Goals: Store some of the daily tasks and long term goals that you have, and access this information from any android device.
