ПиктоМир 簡介

PicToMir is the younger brother of KuMir, a separately distributed, freely distributed software system for learning the basics of programming by preschoolers and younger schoolchildren. PicToMir allows a child to “assemble” from pictograms on a computer screen a simple program that controls a virtual robot performer. PiktoMir is primarily focused on preschoolers who are not yet able to write or on younger students who are not very fond of writing. If desired, the Piktomir-program can be saved in CuMir and continue working on it in CuMir. PictoMir was developed at the NIISI RAS on the order of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In the 2013-2019 academic year, NIISI RAS supports two PicToMir deliveries - a classic one and a mobile one.
