This is a very creepy mod because the creatures have the skin of bloody monsters, some look like ink men, others take the form of animals only with a bunch of tentacles like a venom. The transition from a worm to an adult will take three minutes in real time and then, after the explosion animation, the nastiest mob will appear at the initial stage of the game. They attack and climb walls like spiders, but the biggest danger is the disease that they spread even to animals.
