- TRAINING: information about the exercises, loads, repetitions, tips for execution and expiration of the training;

- AGENDA: check in, check time, reserve a place in the room and, if the class you want is full, enter the waiting list and be notified as soon as you have a place available! There's more: can't you go to training? Cancel the DUO Academia direct booking.
