With the PelvicTool app, you will learn how to use the digital, intimate-free PelvicTool training device to specifically strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

Regular pelvic floor training will help you:

After you have downloaded the app, connect it to the PelvicTool pelvic floor trainer. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and the location is turned on.

To train, “wake up” the PelvicTool by briefly squeezing the soft, light blue part in the middle of the sensor tube with your thumb and forefinger. By squeezing the training device comes into the active state and then couples with the smartphone or tablet.
