PSP Online Personal Training 簡介

Online Personal Training App that offers customized training and nutrition programs for clients based on the individuals assessments and personal goals, all while offering encouragement from a personal coach that empowers the client. The programs vary based on what package is purchased but can include access to video footage of each exercise as well as a taping option to check exercise form along with tracking for their exercise program, adherence charts, food logs, body composition stats and progress photos. Programs can be created for all levels, beginning to high level athlete and there is a 3 tier plan model so that clients can choose the plan that is right for them. Nutrition plans are also individualized and based off a dietary assessment that will be given for clients that choose that option.
