You will be conducted through your workout by step-by-step instructions, detailed maps of muscle workouts, and reminders telling you it's time to take a break.

Pros may build their own workout routines, adding extra exercises, labelling muscle groups targeted, creating a personal workout diary with detailed muscle work statistics. Individually crafted routines may be of any type you choose: classical workouts, circuit workouts, or supersets.
