YoYo Fitness Test 簡介

The Yo-Yo fitness test is a maximal aerobic endurance fitness test. This app includes both the popular intermittent recovery test & the endurance tests aka "Beep Test".

Test yourself and find your Vo2 max using the Intermittent Recovery test 1 & 2 and get a grading.
