  Much like the iOS game, this is game is inspired by the shortcuts you would find in rainbow road on mario kart. You race down a winding path with no edges and attempt to get down the farthest or the fastest (depending on mode)... to do that youll be flinging yourself off the edges and aiming for the track below to gain a huge advantage. They balance this by allowing you only 5 seconds off the track, meaning you have to pick your shortcuts carefully. This game is VERY early access at the time of this review, with online multiplayer and career mode being absent. The modes and local multiplayer it does offer though I do feel justifies the price. Survival mode is much like the iOS orginal in that you are just trying to get the farthest down the hill, speed isnt a factor. This mode is great for high score challenges with friends. Racing mode is a new addition, and like the name suggests youre racing down a predetermined length course against ai or local opponets. When online multiplayer is completed I expect this to be the main mode I play. And time atack mode, which has you going through gates every 10 check points to gain more time to go farther. In my opinion this mode goes against the spirit of the game but it does offer an interesting challenge as the check points get farther and farther away. All in all its far superior to its iOS counterpart, the controller support alone accomplishes that. A game where you spot your landing like this just doesnt work great when youre tilting your screen around. At 8 bucks I feel like there is enough there right now to justify the purchase, but waiting for updates and a sale may be your best bet if you arent sure from the trailer and this review.

  First impressions are good. Really fun, furious futuristic racing with a brilliant twist. Colourful graphics, great soundtrack, a promising start. The gameplay is tricky without being infuriating. You can ease yourself into the flow of the game with various options that make things a little more forgiving; The AI and tracks have variable difficulty. Create the race you want. What sets this out from other future racers? Procedurally generated tracks, vertical shortcuts and GIANT SPACE BALLS. That's the genius of it.   [b]9/10 Definitely a great adaptation to the classic IOS Game, "Impossible road" and soon to be a wonderful multiplayer experience on console and PC[/b] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wjMqB9ZTjnQ&feature=youtu.be A futuristic racing game reminiscent of a Tron bike race, coliding with a giant futuristic gumball machine. The splitscreen functionality is a great idea. I miss the old days of having friends over and raging over a game of Mario Kart!!! [h1]The Pros:[/h1] I LOVE cheating! Great Graphics Requires thinking ahead, and the tracks are randomized every time. Controls are intuitive and easy to learn (I played with a controller) Would make a great party / drinking game Very fun, and skill pays off. The music is great, although not many tracks. [h1]The Cons:[/h1] (There really arent too many.) Few levels to choose from (I'm sure this will change soon) Bouncing can sometimes be unpredictable, but hey. tough luck, STOP CHEATIN!   Super Impossible Road, a futuristic themed, downhill and procedurally generated racing game. SIR is not like usual racing games, the key that make it's unique from the other racing games is that you need to take a shortcut to win a race. the boundaryless procedurally generated tracks on SIR can really test your creativity on taking a smart good shortcut. SIR is about how race a ball to the bottom of the track, and you are always given the freedom how to reach the bottom as fast as you can, that's such a simple but awesome concept. what i feel from is that this game is very tricky, fast paced and you need to win not only with your speed, but you need more help from your creativity. overall this game is very fun and challenging, it's really worth to keep an eye on this game, i'm very excited to see the game progresses and what can be offer in the future. i'm sure this game got big potential and many people will loves playing this game in the future. [spoiler]i almost forgot to mention that this game has a fantastic physics, without a good physics this game will be less tricky and less fun to play[/spoiler]

  It's a funny game with a lot of potential. Good point they added local multiplayer. Please add more maps/scenarios and make them more complex. I don't mean more difficult, but more stuff floating in space or something like that. Like a deathstar or tie fighters flying by for example. Or make completly new maps with different gameplay. Please improve the free fall movement it's to simple/linear in my opinion. Anyway keep it going guys i see lot of potential in this!

  What a rush! Zooming down a spirally raceway in space sounds cool, right? This game does one better: NO BARRICADES. You roll off, you're gone. Or are you? Plummet past your opponents, land just right, and you're ahead of the race. And what a sensation! This game will put butterflies in your tummy and a grin on your face.

  It's not a terrible game by any means, and definitely an interesting take on a racing game. However, it gets really boring after the first few races if you're playing alone, even on the highest track complexity. There's currently nothing in the way in progression, which I figure is due to the early access status, so don't go in expecting any unlockables or anything like that. I think that eventually this game will gain some traction as it adds more content, but personally I don't recommend this game at its current stage.

  SUPER IMPOSSIBLE ROAD is an intersting take on the infinite marble track survival game. The concept itself isn't new, I have a very similar game on my tablet that I bought for $2, but it's a fresh and genuine take on the formula. First off, I can tell that this is either the devlopers first ever game, or he is still in school and has used his knowledge to make this game, that being said, this shouldn't be taken as a bad thing, as one can see a well excecuted first attempt. Some pros and cons of the game are: Pros: Interesting take on an existing fromula, with some interesting innovations Mechanics are solid and in-game controls feel robust and well managed Challenging without being fustrating Lovely asthetic and and visual appeal, even if it still needs some polish Excellent and enjoyable soundtrack. Haven't encountered any game breaking bugs or glitches so far Cons: The biggest issue with this game is the lack of content, not nearly enough to justify the $14 asking for this game. (The game is in early acess though, so take it with a grain of salt) Menu navigation is a bit clunky and some of the normal menu controls aren't the same here (For instance, Space is select instead of enter) The game is lacking polish in areas. The game's opening window/configurator commonly seen with Unity games is lacking a cover screen, control remapper, or graphics presets (Although most users won't nesecarily see this window, it does seem a little off that the game has leftit baren when most other games fill it with something) The tracks for the levels seem almost untextured, definately more room for smaller details and variance in level design. Level design needs more work/variance. While the game is challenging without being fustrating, you soon find yourself hitting the difficulty celeing fairly quickly. The infinite survival mode soon becomes predictable and survival becomes less about difficulty and more about not making mistakes. Keep in mind that his game is still in early acess, and will no doubt improve immensly with future updates. The game is fun and challenging, while providing an innovative take on this style of game. It's enjoyable enough to stay in my library and I eagerly wait to see what lies ahead for this game.

  Has potential, but at this state it's not worth the cost. You'll have fun for a few minutes, and that's it. It's more like a minigame to be honest. At this stage of development I don't recommend it at all, as there is absolutely nothing to it, other than a local co-op, which if you want to play with friends should be fun. Although, as I said, the game is not worth the cost at this state. There is simply not enough game.
