IMPORTANT: This app is compatible exclusively with Videotron's New Generation Wi-Fi router (ZyXEL EMG2926).

With the Videotron WiFi app, you can access all the fundamental features of your router from your Android devices. The WiFi app lets you monitor your activity and manage your residential Wi-Fi settings.

The Wi-Fi app let’s you:

• Control users’ Internet access – this feature offers secure Internet access thanks to your router’s unique password.

• Access Network map, a feature that provides an overview in real time of your home network and the power of the signal received by your connected devices.

• Configure your Wi-Fi router and residential wireless network’s basic settings.

• Use bandwidth – monitor all devices with access to your home network and manage the Internet access schedules of each device.

• Manage guests’ access to wireless network – allow your guests to connect to your wireless network without letting them access your personal data.

• Perform diagnostics – this feature produces a debugging report to help you resolve any network problems.

• Access Speed test, a feature that measures the connection speed between your device and the Internet in real time.

*** IMPORTANT ***

• It’s possible that the Videotron WiFi app won’t work if the router is set to access point mode with a fixed IP address.

• Only the administrator of the residential Wi-Fi network should know the router’s unique password that lets them configure the network and manage access to it.

Requires Android 4.4.2 or later versions.

This app has been developed for tablet and smartphone.
