eFootball 2023, Konami's most well-known soccer video game, has received version upgrade 2.3.0, according to the makers. According to their official Twitter account and in-game notifications, the update is set to launch on December 22, 2022, and it will be the final one for this calendar year.

Fixes and Updates
- The player rosters for a few Campeonato Brasileiro (Brazilian League) teams have been updated.
- Player and manager data have been updated.
- Updates have also been made to the data for Boots, Strips, Commentary, and Pictures.
Gameplay Improvements
- Minor updates have been made to the following categories: dribbling, passing, traps, defense, and fouls.
- During a Match-up, there have been a few small adjustments to player placements.
- A number of minor improvements and fixes have been made to the vs AI games to make them appear and feel more realistic.
- The pointer may move unnecessarily due to a fault even when the Cursor Change setting is set to "Manual." This problem has been resolved.

All users who log in after the installation will receive one free chance deal in the Germany Great Captains Epic Player Pack. To be eligible for the award, users must install the update and log in by 01:59 UTC on December 26. The free Chance Deal will be added to your inbox right away after you log in.

Following the release of version 2.3.0, the prizes for the recently finished eFootball International Cup will also be distributed. Users were required to select 1 National Side as their Base team during this tournament. According to their ranking, the top 35 countries and regions will receive a total of 1 billion eFootball Coins.
To give you a quick overview of this, the top 5 nations were Brazil, Turkey, Japan, and Argentina. These nations will receive eFootball Coins for each of the three categories—Overall Ranking, Weekend Showdown, and Goals Galore—but the other 30 nations will not, regardless of where they placed in the standings. In order to make up for the problems that have been resolved, all users who have created accounts by December 22, 2022, 2:00 (UTC), will get a total of 15,000 GP awards.
