Mercator 序章

Mercator is an application to help texture pack authors update texture packs for Minecraft Pocket Edition 0.11.1.

This application can stitch PC resource packs into MCPE 0.8.0-style texture packs, and vise versa. It can also unstitch MCPE 0.7.6-style textures into PC resource pack format.

Currently, the application is in an early stage of development.

What works:

- Unstitching terrain.png and items.png into a Desktop-format loose directory of PNGs

- Stitching named .pngs back into the TARGA file

What doesn't work:

- Choosing the files. Currently, files are loaded from a set folder, see instructions. I will improve this.

- Mapping: some .pngs have wrong names compared to their desktop counterparts, and some PE only textures (such as the nether reactor) are not unstitched.
