  Would have been great if they finished it, but it looks like they took the money from the season pass and ran. Decent game turned into a disappointing scam with no ending. This is one to avoid.

  (Edit: I was mistaken in thinking it comes with all episodes, developer confirmed, I'm just blind) It's fun, slightly challenging, and makes you feel badass about solving puzzles. Voice acting is great most times, and the visual style and controls are cool. The story shines most, as it captivated me and really drove me to keep playing. Great game!

  Can't recommend this more. It's simply an amazing game. You really get attached to the characters in the game and the story goes deeper and deeper. The ending of Chapter 1 was amazing. Can't wait for the rest of the chapters. The gameplay was pretty cool though I wish to see some new gameplay mechanics in the other chapters, as it can get a bit repetetive doing the same thing. Introducing a new game mechanic each chapter can make things harder and less repetetive. Maybe make some more visuals, like accessing a few cameras so you can see what is going on in some places? Accessing the microphone is a cool feature but maybe the ability to access the webcam aswell? (Small spoiler) When doing the mission to get the ID card I found myself going back to the Intelligence app to look up the information I needed. Maybe once you discover the things you need make a note on the side revealing the info once gathered it?

  Well what to say about Code 7.. It is amazing! The story is well written and drains you into it. The console input is some 'soft of shell' with "own" features. i would prefer a unix shell over this approach. Background atmosphere is nice and subtle. Can't wait until EP2 is out.   First: there are puzzles involving programming in this game. A couple are not all that straightforward. So, be aware. Apart from that, this is an amazing all-text controls based game with fully voiced audio, an awesome story, and cool puzzles that are all story-based. I mean, it has a silly AI controlling a giant robot marveling at how fun it is to battle physically with an intelligent virus that wants to wipe us all out that is controlling another giant robot as background dialog as you reality hack while piggybacking in a holo lens worn by your human friend (or are they human). By the way, you are the digitized brain of a now-dead human. Also, you hack into computers using various skills. It is like old timey text adventures on steriods^2 .

  Fantastic storytelling, great atmosphere. A little challenging at times, but that's part of the fun. Would recommend this game.

  WOW - das ist mal ein Adventure, wie es sein sollte: spannend, fordernd, interessant, abwechslungsreich mit einer phantastischen Geschichte und grandioser Musik! Anfangs hat mich "Text-Adventure" fast ein wenig abgeschreckt, aber wenn man die ersten Minuten gespielt hat, erkennt man sofort, dass dieses Game völlig ohne aufwändige Grafiken auskommen kann. Es entwickelt sich eine einzigartige Atmosphäre, die den Spieler in den Bann zieht, erfordert sowohl gründliche Überlegung als auch Geschicklichkeit und die Entscheidungen, die Du triffst, bestimmen den weiteren Spielverlauf. Eines der besten Adventure, das ich je gespielt habe! WOW - this is an adventure as it should be: exciting, challenging, interesting, varied with a fantastic story and great music! At first "Text-Adventure" almost scared me off, but if you played the first few minutes, you immediately realize that this game can do without any elaborate graphics. It creates a unique atmosphere that captivates the player, requires careful thought and skill, and the decisions you make determine the course of the game. One of the best adventure I have ever played!

  My entire progress got reset. Now I have to make backups of my saves. I need to find out where the saves are located. I have to replay a text adventure... takes a while. I feel like an idiot because I bought it before Episode 4 got released because I wanted to support this kind of game. I am not happy. This Review is not objective. I am only writing this because I'm annoyed... Bye. Edit: Guess what, it happend again... I have backups now but it still sucks... Edit 2: 3rd reset, seems like you can only safely play the episodes if you play them in one go. Edit 3: Oh and if you can't type blindly you most likely won't enjoy this game, especially because sometimes you have to type pretty fast or otherwise fail. And the timecritical hackingchallenges are very unlikely to beat the first time. Edit 4: One of the develeopers rolled the game to a previous version, so Autosave is atleast useable again (I couldn't get a single Autosave to work in Episode 2),however I don't know if it's entirely fixed, so no guarentees. Edit 5: I had a reset again, after everything was "supposedly" fixed and I just finished the game, (because Ep4 isn't out yet) which shows I guess that beneath this broken savesystem, is an actually quite interesting game. But if you have a savesystem that only has 1 file that randomly f u c k i n g explodes then it is quite hard to stay positive about it.

  Thoroughly enjoyed this game - a unique concept beautifully done. Can't wait for ep 4!
