  This is my favourite fighter alongside Tekken 7. I think it plays much better than Mortal Kombat XI. It also has a tally count for offline fighters - so you can see which characters you are best with in single player mode. Let's be honest, all fighters will eventually be usurped by their sequel or another game so the online gaming will be dead. When that is the case, the only thing left is single player, and if there isn't enough content then it won't be worth buying. I personally don't even like online fighting as it's full of cheaters and I can't be asssssed with it. This game plays great, the fights themselves can be very engaging. It has a soul more than Tekken 7. The graphics in the sequel are slightly better but the gameplay and single player modes are lacking. I wish they'd just make a Mortal Kombat with all the main characters in there and with a great single player mode - but then again if they did that no-body would buy their sequel unless it was technically improved immensely since the predecessor. Mortal Kombat X plays better than all of the other ones in my opinion. I play XI too but prefer this.
