The SCORES application presents a series of questions adapted to different pathological to facilitate diagnosis.

The patient uses the SCORES application to answer the questionnaires offered by the healthcare professional.

The purpose of the SCORES application is to:

- Present a series of questionnaires adapted to different pathological, chosen by the healthcare professional according to the patient.

- From the patient's answers and according to scores already established (Francis score, Berlin score, etc.), calculate the patient's result (s).

- Offer a readable, printable, transmittable report to another healthcare professional.

- Organize the signing of the informed consent by the patient to:
