A total of 925 Volkswagen e-Golfs were sold in Norway in two and a half months, exceeding the initial sales of the Tesla Model S, which delivered 805 units to the Norwegian market in the first two months.

This approach to electrification also means that now that the eighth-generation model is on sale, there won't be another all-electric Golf. Customers will then need to purchase either the GTI or the Golf R. These models will be redesigned by 2022.

The Golf's steering is unmistakable and unusually quick for the class. The Golf's turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine delivers just the right amount of power to run this little hatchback right; it's perfect and reliable.
