  Its is sort of hard to play but once you get it its better i love the way everything looks i love nature and hunting so it super good!

  A fun and immersive hunting simulator game. The AI is quite "smart", and it was fun chasing them down. The tracking system is simplistic, and the campaign is really a large series of missions (>100 of them). The hunting grounds are lush and vast areas of wilderness, quite well designed and rendered by the Unreal Engine. There's bullet time, so you get to see a slow-mo flight of your bullet as it flies towards your prey. Enjoy browsing your trophy collection and even honing your shooting skills when you need a break from a campaign, free, or expert hunt. This is a great alternative to the other hunting game I got - HU2010.

  The only hunting game I had played before this is theHunter: Call of the Wild, which I like a lot. As this was on sale for a couple of euros, I was curious to see a different hunting game. I think I might like this, if I could get the sound to work. The game is totally muted, no matter what I do. So the gameplay so far, 105 minutes, is totally without a sound. I won't be refunding this, because it didn't cost much and I still want to see more, even without sound, but I'm not recommending this either. Edit: So I thought of one more thing to do with the sound and it worked. I had an external monitor connected with HDMI, and I disconnected the cable. Now I've got sound, but need to play on the laptop screen, which is too small to my liking. Better, but still not happy.

  Alright, for a game calling itself "Hunting SIMULATOR" it is very arcady, after 1.8 hours played i am going to refund due to bad animal ai, bad gameplay overall due to not being able to finish "missions" because the wanted animals never show up on the map, "campaign" mode seems to be the only way to unlock guns and whatnot, free mode is meh and i dont seem to gain anything from it.. anyway i will not play this and i will refund and wait for the next hunting game if there ever comes one.

  Game takes takes about 8mins to start up then another 5mins to load a map you would like to hunt in. Very poorly optimized game if I'm getting 35fps on high settings with a GTX 1060. I had to change all settings to medium to be able to get 60fps. When I shot an animal the game went in 1fps so I had to task manager it. Definitely not worth the asking $39.99USD

  The game isn't nearly as polished as its graphics. It is a beautiful game, but the gun sound effects are laughable and the AI is incredibly stupid! I shot an Elk with a male White Tail Deer just a few feet away from it. The deer didn't even acknowledge that I shot a gun at something basically right next to it. It just kept doing it's thing. Once I took care of the Elk (trophy ruined due to too many shots at it, not the right caliber rifle) I headshotted the deer and redeemed my whopping 497 points. I don't understand why anyone thought that when running A and D should rotate your character instead of strafing like you do when you're not running. At this current point in time, the game is incredibly lackluster and I can't recommend it to anyone. I think I will ask for a refund for now. I'll check back in on it in a year. Oh, to top it off, they have a $3 weapon DLC and it just released today... Performance wise, it ran fine for me. I didn't notice anything funky at Epic settings.

  this is my opinion i do not like this game i beleave it has potential but graphics are not what i expected and the gameplay is just really bugged i play on one of the highest end computers out there and its glitched nd bugged out but make your on opinion. Im not to say game is bad all together im just saying its not my forte. Definitly doesnt stack up to The Hunter Call Of The Wild.

  I don't see why everyone thinks this game is so bad. I will be comparing this to Call of the Wild because they are both gr8 hunting games. I Feel like peoples lack to see great games like this one has really corrupted everything. Hunting Simulator: Pros: -Third Person -Realistic Animal behaviour -Way more animals -More Overall Weapons -Arcadic Feel -Not much glitches -Agressive Predators Cons: -Graphics arn't that good -First Person run animation isn't that good -Harder to find your kills -Not as realistic as Call of the Wild -The Innability to run sideways

  To start, this game is not worth 40 bucks, maybe 20 at the most. I'd hardly call this a "hunting simulator". This arcade hunting game is very average, I've played the game about 16 hours or so, and it's nothing to write home about. Not to mention there hasn't been a patch/update in quite some time. theHunter franchise is much better, I would suggest checking those games out, the visuals, gameplay, and overall atmosphere of those games are vastly superior to this.
