Flexible nutrition via tracking is monitored through MyFitnessPal integration, where as your coach I can view your calories, macros, and choices in meals daily with the ability to give regular written feedback and suggestions. If you like to take the simpler nutrition approach, the Kel’s Crew Fitness App offers you the option to submit a daily food diary, complete with the capability to take photos and upload your meals for viewing.

Keep yourself motivated and accountable with scheduling calendars and reminders, habit and results tracking, and progress photos and measurements sections.
