  Disappointing - No blocks destruction, laggy as AI's don't get removed after being "Destroyed", AI's in helicopters are invincible. AI can see you through walls so just constant wall-lock / constant firing at a wall, needs updates before buying in my opinion.

  To be honest, I really like this DLC, it has some really cool and fun stuff with it. However, as soon as you try to use multiplayer with it, it just doesn't work. Stormworks multiplayer has never been the greatest, however it's gotten a lot worse. My game repeatedly crashes when trying to join a friends server, half of the time, other players are shown dead / rag-dolling while moving around, even though they're alive. There is also extreme amounts of de-sync which makes the game unplayable at some points. I am upset that I am leaving a negative review, and I really don't want to, but the current state of multiplayer that has occurred after this update is infuriating. I will definitely change this review to positive if the multiplayer issues get fixed, as this DLC is very cool. However, if you don't intend to use this in multiplayer, then yes. I definitely recommend this DLC. However if you intend to use it mainly for multiplayer, I recommend you hold off until the devs fix the current issues.

  There is no way to sink a ship... you can blast a ship with the biggest gun, but it will never take any water. Fix that and I will love this DLC... You need to implemnt some kind of block destruction.

  I have a few things to say about this DLC... It certainly has several flaws, but adds so much content and new functionality to the game, especially to a person like me who loves building military things. However, as a person who mostly builds military things, several things really bother me... For example, my biggest peeve: the fact that none of the weapons have any caliber or anything attached to them, and have odd names such as "battle gun", "artillery cannon", and the one I dislike the most, "big bertha". They could have named them after their dimensions, like most things in this game are named like (Battle cannon could be 1x1/3x1, Artillery could be 3x3, and Bertha could be 5x5)... Additionally, the ammunition choices are fairly limited, though not bad at all. The ammunition boxes for the autocannons have hilariously little storage, 250 rounds in the giant roughly 3x3x3 or so drum... Also, when you damage something, depending on the gun you use, the damage varies in quantity, not in anything else. As of right now, the only way you can even remotely defend against anything but autocannons is by using layers and layers of weight blocks. If someone were to come up with an incendiary autocannon, you're pretty much screwed as they will light you on fire, and you will die pretty much no matter what (unless you put the fire out of course). Even more, the warheads are pretty odd - they cause barely any damage at all to things not on their body, and the EMP warheads just drain the batteries of the creation for a few seconds - if you use a steam generator or an infinite generator, you're probably fine against them, but if you aren't your screwed due to there being no way of protecting against them. And one last negative, you are very limited in how you can customize the cannons themselves, and make them more space efficient etc, you cannot improve reloading beyond getting the shells ready to feed into the cannon faster, and the guns have to remain fairly large due to the lack of other parts, though this is a relatively small issue in my opinion, compared to the other problems. Now for the positives: It adds a very cool feature to the game, and allows for countless more ideas and potential creations. While it may not be the most detailed, it is certainly pretty beginner friendly, though a few guides or more descriptive descriptions would have been extremely nice when I first used them. Overall, I'd rate the DLC probably 6.5-7/10, and would lightly recommend buying it, mostly because everyone else has it and if you want to join a MP with them having it enabled, you need it. It does add quite a bit to the game, but I'm not too pleased with how they did it (though it is honestly miles better than what 1.0 was like when it released). Thats all, have a nice day. :)

  Its a nice dlc... on paper. Good luck taking an island as a solo player with 2 ai jets, 2 ai heli, 3 ai boats and 3 ai tanks all aiming at you through walls with spot on accuracy. meanwhile there is me trying to build something that actually work but without automatic turrets and rockets, i cant use the DLC because i cant do anything in it except wait for things in workshop but wheres the fun if i cant create. Should make the AI a bit less agressive maybe? Ive never seen or heard of a jet sinking a submarine sink at the bottom of the ocean with bullets x) Need some working on ballancing, surprised they didnt notice in testing.

  It's a good DLC, but it needs a very, very good bit of polish, balancing, and maybe an update that fixes block destructibility (you know, actually making ships take on water). Other than that it's fun. Also, it needs to be made where you can actually kill enemy NPCs. Boarding a ship literally means nothing if the crew that operates the guns are still alive. Also, crashing is a major issue. Constantly. Repeatedly.

  So you are here. Great. Current Version 1.3.5 as time of review. Pro: - Weapons - Long wish from the Community - Very cheap, only around 8 Bucks for me - A good choice of weapons - More Weapons promised from the devs - More modding-tools for Modders (Custom Weapons?) Contra: - Very buggy, many fixes has been pushed but its still infested with bugs and bugs - Crashes. Yeah, nice i guess. Crashes while fighting. Crashes while spawing. Crashes while save/load. - AI randomly decides to not work anymore. Only fix for now? New Game. Currently feels more like a beta than a full fledged DLC. On the other hand its very cheap, many people thought about double the price so its not that terrible. And new stuff breaking Stormworks is also not new :p Conclusion: Nice DLC and thanks for listening to the Community. Dont stop, you still have some work to do. You are doing a great job. But please - fix the crashes.
