Smart Bluetooth is an app that allows you to use your phone to communicate with your Bluetooth module or board, with the easiest and simplest way. It opens door to unlimited ways to control your DIY projects. Smart Bluetooth offers many different ways how to send data to your module.

I recommend using Arduino or Raspberry Pi with modules HC-05 or HC-06, other may work just fine.
