Each of these characters come with their own set of skills and abilities that make them stand out from other characters in the game.

Nikke Goddess of Victory - B Tier Characters

Epinel [SSR]

A Wind elemental SSR grade NIKKE whose favorite choice of weapon is an SMG gun. She is a member of the Nepenthe squad with an offensive gameplay style. She looks absolutely stunning in her adorable teenage dressing. She posses some decent attack abilities that make her useful in the battle.

First passive ability of an epinel of is activated after she defeats her target. It  works for 10 seconds and increases the ATK by 9.2%. The second passive skill is Arachnid, it activates when the last bullet impacts the target. It works for 5 seconds and increases the critical chance by 11.31% and also the critical damage increased by 32.56%.

Julia [SSR]

Julia is an SSR NIKKE who specializes in assault rifles. She is a powerful member of the Master Hand group and complements offensive playstyle. You can tell by her looks that she uses music as her tools of destruction and has some pretty powerful skills as well.

Starting with her passive Decrescendo, which affects after making 30 successful regular attacks and Increases critical hit rate by 26.41% for 8 seconds. Then she also has a second passive, Crescendo, which gets activated after the last bullet hits the target. It increases the Critical Damage by 2.19% for 3 seconds. Lastly her Climax ability affacts five enemies who have the highest DEF.

Scarlet [SSR]

Coming up next, we have Scarlet, yet another gorgeous character who exceeds in offensive playstyle. Scarlet is a member of the Pioneer squad who loves slaying enemies with her deadly swords. And while she is powerful, her melee style is still a weakness in battle which puts her down to the B tier.

Speaking of passive skills, her first passive “Rip & Tear” increases her attack for 5 sec by 8.7% with max stack 5 but decreases HP by 4.7%. Scarlet's second passive skill has a 30% likelihood of casting when being assaulted.

Emma [SSR]

Coming from the Absolute squad, we have Emma, yet another SSR whose favorite weapons is a minigun. This character is a great choice for those who enjoy playing as a supporter in the game. She is a great addition to any team as she has some powerful group buffs.

Starting with her Cheerleading passive skills, Emma can unleash this 5% of the times she is taking damage. It increases the HP of her allies by 3%. Her second passive called Temptation which consistently increases the HP of her allies, a great skill that is essential for any team.

Ludmilla [SSR]

Next up on this list for the A tier, we have Ludmilla from the Snow Phantom Squad. Playing the role of defender, Ludmilla can be a powerful first line of defense for the whole squad. If you have love to play defensively, Ludmilla is one of the best characters to go with in this game.

She possess a powerful passive skill called the Noblese Oblige which affects enemies by decreasing their defense and attack by 15% both for a total of 10 seconds. Her second passive called the queenly deposition also affects all the enemies in the battle for 15 seconds. This is what makes Ludmilla one of the best group characters in the game.

NIKKE Goddess of Victory - S Tier

Alice [SSR]

Moving on to the first character from the S Tier, Alice is a gorgeous-looking  fire elemental character from the Unlimited Squad, who loves shooting her targets from afar. She is one of the best characters for players who are looking to add some offensive playstyle to their team.

Her passive Energizing Carrot allows her to speed up charge of her team’s most powerful attackers by 21% and charge damage by 34% for a total of 10 seconds. Her second passive healthy carrot, increases penetration when hp rises above 80%. And recovers HP when it drops below 80%

Yuni [SSR]

Last but not least, we have Yuni, one of the most powerful NIKKE characters in the game. Coming from the Wardress squad, Yuni is an absolute tank when it comes to defending the team. Her special abilities are enemy control, which allows her to deal significant damage to the enemies by playing with their minds.

Her passive skill DMNS increases her teammates charging speed by 52% and her second passive skill increase her defense by 4% and attack by 2.5% for a total of 10 seconds. But her burst attack is where she shines the brightest, it deals a massive 311% damage to the enemy and stuns the target for up to 5 seconds.
