  I recommend this DLC, it really helps you early on while the other DLC is more end game content. This gives you access to the pharmacy that charges patients to fill their prescriptions, so now you get paid for treating the patients and for them buying drugs so you get 2 payments from the patients instead of just 1 in vanilla. This can add $5 - $7k each day to your bottom line which is great in the start.

  This can be the best of the DLCs but it isn’t really good. Pharmacy is pretty decent but building multiple of them can be problematic since, customers don’t use the second one. Pathology has almost no use and you have to do the work which is meaningless. Cafeteria is useless, only the employees can use it and there is no need for that. I don’t even know if the manager useful but again there is no need for that. Gift shop isn’t that bad but it isn’t worth the effort since only visitors can buy from there and they are not that advantageous . Lastly, staff training is a great idea but again it is half done. So, this DLC feels like a lot of good ideas with poor execution.

  [h1]This is one hell of a good DLC.[/h1] [b]Project Hospital[/b] is a really amazing game. I find it quite underrated for the content, playtime and fun it offers. They've been adding free stuff, updates and fixes over the last couple of months. Also, the developer really listens to the community; I see them reply to mostly every suggestion / help threads on the Steam forum. [i]Brava[/i]. When Cities Skyline's released its first DLC it was fun. It added stuff you wanted but missed in the original games release. But after 29 "additional" cut-content DLC's, which could've easily been added as an update, you realize...[b]It's a money grab.[/b] Not with Project Hospital! This DLC is still a real DLC. It adds new content that you can add to your game, but don't necessarily need too. Plus, it's cheap for the content it adds. [b]Pro's:[/b] - Cheap price - Adds a bunch of really nice & useful rooms - Not something that was missing from the game, cut & sold as a DLC - It's a real damn DLC - It integrates with your existing savegames - [i]It was suggested in the community and added :) [/i] [b]Con's:[/b] - None so far. This DLC was a favor to the community. It's not a necessity, it's not a missing part of the game, it's a real, old-school DLC. And it's perfect. [b]10/10.[/b]

  Doctor! Bodies are piling up, patients need meds, and they're getting hungry too! We've got to do something before all these people off their medication start eyeing the dead bodies for a bite! Ta-DAAA! Presenting morgues, cafeterias, and pharmacies! Processing bodies in that order. Well not exactly. :) This is a must have DLC to accompany Project Hospital. This adds not only add several new and fully functional areas - but also much improved reality to the simulation. Pathology for discovering cause of death. Cafeterias to feed the masses and pharmacies to dupe them. Again, not in that order per say. Love the added functions for managing Janitors and the improvements to general AI. All at a unbeatable price point for an expansion in my opinion.

  DLC how DLC should be. Fair priced and not essential to the game, but a great addition to it. Hoping for more!

  Totally worth the price! Having visitor lounges and a gift shop makes the hospital feel more alive, and the ability to send individual staff for training in the study rooms is a nice touch. The pharmacy provides a new revenue source, which is insanely useful in the earlier stages of the game when money can be tight. And the pathology department is an interesting tool for the player to figure out what went wrong and where they might be failing their patients. The staff cafeteria is fun to build, but isn't as useful as the other features, since staff's common rooms can still be used for eating. On top of all of that are some new furniture and decorations, a manager for the janitor department (improves all janitor's cleaning skills), an UNDO BUTTON in build mode (finally!), and new daily-ish world events that affect patient intake, payout, etc. With every DLC and free update to this game, I discover more features that I wish I'd already had, but never really felt like were "missing" from the game -- Project Hospital is a fully fleshed out game in and of itself, but the devs really know how to make DLC worthwhile.

  GET THIS DLC! One of the best addons for any game that I've ever seen. The additions to the game are 10/10. The original game itself is 8/10. This DLC is awesome.
