Now press the 3 dots on the upper right,

and then press “Set target”.

Now, you can see my recommended daily calorie intake based on my profile data.

So Ppress “View weight goal” on the lower right corner.

That’s the target weight that I put on my profile.

If you set your target weight and weekly plan,

you will get the proper information to reach those goals.
