Through the various orders you will receive as you go along, you will quickly realize that this is not always obvious every day. Depending on the difficulty of the chosen line (easy, medium or difficult level) and the speed which you will execute the orders with, you will get your score. In concrete terms, on a daily basis, you will be responsible for

- meeting customer expectations by welcoming them and informing them of schedules, routes or stops

- informing your customers about fares and sell tickets

- transporting customers safely

- managing traffic in urban areas

Required profile

- Be at least 21 years old

- Minimum lower secondary level

- Be a holder of a driver’s licence B

- Have a functional knowledge of french or dutch

- Have a commercial attitude and resist stress

You do not need a driver’s licence D as the STIB takes care of the complete training if you are hired,.
