★ BLUETOOTH_ADMIN/BLUETOOTH : to lock bluetooth

★ RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED : to be able to lock apps again after reboot

★ SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW : to show a dialog for new installed app to lock it
