Genshin Impact: Beacon of the Reed Sea stats, ascension materials, and more

Numerous improvements to the game will be included in the Genshin Impact 3.5 update, which is scheduled to go live on March 1 at 11:00 AM (UTC+8). Dehya, a brand-new 5-star Pyro unit, will be available in the upcoming patch. He is also the first 5-star Pyro unit since Yoimiya to have a Pyro Vision.

For a limited time, the weapon banner will also feature the Beacon of the Reed Sea, which is thought to be her signature Claymore. It is the newest and third weapon in Sumeru's Deshret Series.

In its upcoming update, Genshin Impact may introduce two brand-new units, including a brand-new five-star Claymore known as the Beacon of the Reed Sea. Dehya was the first to show off the weapon in the HoYoverse promotional video for Sumeru. Along with the Pyro mercenary, it will be featured on the Epitome Invocation weapon banner.

Even if the wielder is not the on-field unit during the battle, these two effects can still be triggered. When a shield is not present, the character will also gain a bonus 32% increase to their Max HP.

Materials needed to ascend the Beacon of the Reed Sea

1) Desiccated Shell

Genshin Impact 3.4 introduces a brand-new material called Desiccated Shell. It can only be obtained by defeating the Consecrated Beasts, which are typically found in the Desert of Hadramaveth. To max out the new weapon, you need:

• Desiccated Shell x 23
• Sturdy Shell x 27
• Marked Shell x 41

Like other materials in the game, the shells can be crafted to obtain their higher rarity drop.

2) Eremite mob drops

Sumeru's most common item is faded red satin, which can be obtained by defeating the Eremites. The following is the total amount required to level up the Beacon of the Reed Sea:

• Faded Red Satins x 15
• Trimmed Red Silks x 23
• Rich Red Brocades x 27

3) Scorching Might

Scorching Might is a weapon ascension material that can only be farmed in Sumeru's Tower of Abject Pride Domain on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

The total amount needed to max ascend the Beacon of the Reed Sea is as follows:

• Echo of Scorching Might x5
• Remnant Glow of Scorching Might x14
• Dream of Scorching Might x14
• Olden Days of Scorching Might x6

Additionally, a player will need 225,000 Mora to level up the new weapon to 90.
