Mental health is one of the very important topics for me and for many, and I find that one of the most important elements of mental health is human relationships.

Then, in my conversation with him, I moved on to individualism, the decline of the family, and human relations in the light of social media. We concluded the episode by talking about the relationship between the sexes in marriage or work environments in light of the change of society.
