Mental health is one of the very important topics for me and for many, and I find that one of the most important elements of mental health is human relationships.

To talk more about it, I hosted Yasser Al-Hazimi, a certified trainer with experience in providing courses and lectures in the field of “development of relationships and communication skills”.

Al-Hazimi says: “Relationships must be entered into with a sword, scabbard, and shield.” Pointing out that a person should achieve balance in his relationships, without increasing kindness that breaks him or violence that alienates others from him.

Then he talked about the most important pillars of human relations, as our dealings with others are only a reflection of our relationship with God, as well as our relationship with ourselves. As the correct form of relationships was mentioned to me, a person should not show himself in a way that is far from his truth, and confirm that this is one of the reasons that lead to sadness and depression.

As the announcer asked him about self-love, and the difference between it and vanity. Then, in my conversation with him, I moved on to individualism, the decline of the family, and human relations in the light of social media. We concluded the episode by talking about the relationship between the sexes in marriage or work environments in light of the change of society.
