  as soon as i opened the game i immediately fell in love with it it is just as strikingly beautiful and heartwarmingly bittersweet (and oh boy does it hit too close to home sometimes) as i expected; the story is lovely, the voiceover is not bad either (i decided to go with the original french for a more immersive experience) i would say though it's a bit more keyboard- than gamepad-friendly

  I've played thru the first chapter and I must say this is a very pretty game that is well voice acted. The game centers around a woman who revisits her grandparent's home as an adult. The art style reminds me of pastel paintings. The asking price of 15 bucks is well earned. I recommend it. Gameplay here (when processed):

  Like yes, games like this are short but I don't always want to sink a ton of hours into something only to come back to it and forget all the mechanics and where I am and what's going on. It was like having a interactive story book, it was cool. The art was nice and it's engaging enough where I didn't get bored just clicking and reading a bunch of notes. I think outside of a potato, mostly any setup could run this game so that is also a plus and the price ain't just a front to try and sell you more stuff inside the game. I recommend it.

  An absolutely beautiful game. The art is the best part of the game hands down. Everything is in water color, and it fits the theme of the story, which is losing and regaining memories, and the pain and nostalgia that comes with it. Absolutely recommend this experience.

  I have been waiting for this game since it was first announced, as soon as I saw it, I wishlisted it. This is the first indie game I've ever pre-ordered, and I was not disappointed. A truly visual masterpiece, beautiful audio/soundtrack (Developers, if you're reading this review PLEASE release the soundtrack), lovely narration, and nice gameplay, which was a combination of choice-based, point & click, semi-open world, platformer, rhythm, puzzle etc. and perfectly wraps up Dordogne into an aesthetically beautiful, ambient, atmospheric treat.

  Incredibly beautiful visuals, hand-painted watercolours turned into props in the game, the story is touching and very real. I'm not generally into games, however, this one captured my interest because of the beautiful watercolour look and the engaging story but also because it's relaxed and easy on the mind. I come back from work and I immerse myself in the beautiful world of Mimi and quite often I just wander around to enjoy the scenery. Kudos to the whole team and most of all Cedric Babouche for his artistic craftsmanship!

  Truly one of the most beautiful games I have ever played I was completely mesmerised by the beauty of this game it's like a watercolour painting coming to life! The story is sweet and very emotional at the same time it has a very deep meaning to it I shed a few tears not going to lie. The characters are cute and very well written. The music is beautiful and fits well to the scenes. Honestly the art along is worth it really loved the vibrant watercolour art it's truly majestic. I wish the game was a bit longer it does take about 2-3 hours to finish it other than that I'm super happy that I got to play this game I've really enjoyed the pages creations with art/ poetry and photography it's such aesthetics. <3 Absolute worth it 10/10!! Beautiful, wholesome DORDOGNE.

  Overall a great game! It's obvious from the screenshots that this game is beautiful and that deserves a positive review in itself. The animations are excellent! Mini-games are cute but extremely guided (game tells you what to do all the time), so I was more in it for the story. The story started of a bit too... cliché for me, and seemed a bit more targeted to a younger audience, which confused me since I thought the story was about nostalgia for your childhood, which is usually a more adult emotion. But once the story progressed and the characters developed a bit further it definitely got more interesting. I wish the voice acting would have been in French, but I get this probably would scare of a US audience. I'm a developer myself and I know how hard it is to make a game like this so definitely: Chapeau!
