  First off, it has to be said that this game is VERY short. Two hours and you'll be done. But it is an incredibly beautiful and enjoyable two hours. That said, only 25% of players currently have the achievement for finishing the adventure, so what do I know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If you get a discount, it probably works out the same as a movie ticket and provides equal pleasure. My favourite childhood toy has been rendered in incredibly faithful 3d and the puzzles and character designs are to be cherished. And I can definitely see myself replaying it, purely for the pleasure.

Sadly it's not well optimized and the M&K controls are annoying. It's better with a controller though. Regarding the price, as many others, I believe is too high for being a 2 hour game. However I do think updates like a level editor or sandbox mode would make this game worth the $20, for now buy it only if it's on sale.

  If you are able to get a RTX Graphics card. This game is Gem of nostalgia. Relaxing. Make sure to turn you GPU Fan to Max 100% or you GPU will cook. I could warm a Chipotle Burrito on this thing! This is a casual game for old guys like my self. Who have more money than time.

  Do I think this is a good game: Eh... yes? My Recommendation: Wait till it's on sale. The Good: - As a "Game as Art", this game looks incredible. Absolutely fantastic. The scenes looked fantastic. The characters re very expressive an emotive, despite being nothing but simple blocks and shapes. - For the most part, there was an actual story. - Most of the controls were intuitive. - I genuinely enjoyed playing the game when I was playing it. The Bad: - The game is SHORT. I completed it in 3.5 hours. You probably could speed run it for less than an hour. - Not all the puzzles made it clear what the goal was. There were a few puzzles that I spent time faffing about, only to click on something accidentally and find out that thing I did without intent was the actual goal. (Looking at you, third puzzle from the end. - Some of the controls were infuriating. The biggest were puzzles where things needed to be spun. Uhg. Just give me a button to mash on the keyboard and make it "an option" if players want to use a mouse or trackball to spin the dial. - There's a sandbox mode... if you like "Paint by RNG". They don't give you a palette to chose pieces and colors from. Just a box that randomly spits three to four pieces out at a time. Not great if you have something in your mind's eye you wish to build. And it doesn't replicate the true randomness you get running your fingers through three to five inches of plastic blocks, like many of us did back in the day. Not much compelling to the sandbox mode. It's a good game. Very short game to be specific. But it's a good one. I don't think $20 US is worth it. Wait till it goes on sale.

  Tech demo meets Pixar short. Blocks full of little details used to create a silent father son story. Simple, with enough innovation to stay fresh. Best played with a controller. Pricey for what it is but then again you’re getting 10 grand’s worth of Lego to play with.

  While the graphics are stunning and the game feels like you're playing with real Lego bricks, the gameplay itself leaves something to be desired. The Story mode consists of small puzzle levels where you build paths for a couple of characters to progress. The gameplay quickly becomes repetitive and the mode can be completed in just a few hours. I find the creative mode to be somewhat limited in terms of available bricks and level size, you will have fully explored it in just an hour or so. Overall, the game feels more like an RTX demo than a full-fledged title, and is not worth the full price. If you're interested in experiencing the beauty of Lego bricks with RTX, it might be worth considering on sale.

  Fun little game. Completable in about 3 hours, so make sure you get it for free or on a heavy sale. Kinda cute, but is a one and done type of game :) 7 lego bricks out of 10
