Unofficial MyAV TiVo® Control App allows you to control your network-connected TiVo® Box from the comfort of your seat using your Android device. It also works with DirecTV, Dish TV, Sky+HD(UK), Dreambox satellite and Xfinity X1 cable (manually add via settings) receivers.

Not only this but MyAV can also control a range of other products, Other devices include Blu-ray players, AV Receivers, Lighting. Makes include Sony, Panasonic, Onkyo, Denon, Pioneer, LG, Philips, Yamaha, Samsung.

MyAV TiVo® Control offers virtually the same functionality as your TiVo® remote, but with the added benefits of a bold, simple, intuitive design and direct access to channels*. It has been designed for all ages and for ease of use, with large channel icons, which mean it is easier than ever to choose whatever channel you want.

Your TiVo® box must be connected to your router/hub via Ethernet for this app to work. You will also need to enable “network remote” in the TiVo® settings menu (You may have to disable and the re-enable this setting). For best results, specify a fixed IP on your TiVo® box before installing this app. The VM TiVo box can only accept one connection at a time, so only run this app on one Android device at a time.

For the optimum experience, please use this app on a tablet. It will work on a phone but the buttons are small as a result.
