  Written on 2022 The story is Great! A little predictable but the Animation and Art style enhances the experience to make everything an enjoyable experience. The voice acting is solid, and the music is enjoyable. The trailer honestly doesn't do it justice so you're best off paying attention to whether you like the animation and art style. There is an R18+ patch! It does not affect the main story at all, since everything the main story provides doesn't give any ecchi or sexual content, nor does it reference the main story too hard. The R18+ patch adds content strictly as a side story for the protagonist and Nagisa which can be watched on its own but is more adored when you go through the main story first.

  Project Nagisa is the second in the series of Kirakira Stars. Like the first one project Ai this is a short hour and a half read that follows the story of the top idol Nagisa. The animations and artwork are just as well done as the first in the series, but sadly im too tech illiterate to see if you can get 1k FPS in this bad boy like you could in project Ai. Overall even though the story is so short it still paces itself extremely well and conveys everything you would need or want without overstaying its welcome. Definitely pick this up if you enjoyed the first in the series, and don't forget to seek out the "extras"

  Visual novel about a girl(Ai) who wants to become an idol and Nagisa Joins the party. Just about everything in this game is pretty good (the art, story, voice acting,and music) but choices don't do much to the story. Found out their is P18 patch so maybe that what really effects the choices. It is also a shame that this game lasts only for about an hour.

Smash through text boxes and make decisions every so often. Your decisions will affect the way the game ends, and what CGs you'll unlock. [h1]Story[/h1] I'm going to preface with [i]have you played the last entry in the [b]Kirakira Stars[/b] series?[/i] If not, you'll probably end up confusing yourself. I highly recommend reading my previous review, and playing the first game before playing this one. She's ODA Productions' only Idol, and she's a smash hit. Ai single-handedly brought ODA from the rags to [i]riches.[/i] Ai's career is managed by Nobuyuki (or "Nobu"), her childhood friend. One day, they attend an appointment for a photoshoot. To their dismay, their names are not on the list. Instead, they meet Yukishiro, a rival idol, and Saya, her manager. As it turns out, they were booked for the same photoshoot. Yukishiro goes first, and then Ai. Yukishiro expresses a keen interest in Nobu, and as she leaves the building you may choose to offer Ai moral support during an interview, or pursue the famous-er idol. I suppose, this where the story will diverge between players. Personally, I pursued Yukishiro. Not because I wanted to, but because I wasn't paying attention and accidently hit the wrong option. Nobu and Ai attend a company meeting where they recieve training from Yukishiro's agency. As Ai recieves her training, Nobu go out on a sort of awkward date. Nobu opts for a drink (of the player's choice), desperate for a conversation with her. That is, until Ai comes along and Saya swoops her idol away. A few days later, Saya announces the next DivaFest, a national idol competition. The winner of DivaFest is declared "Diva", the world's top idol. Normally, DivaFest is only for the [i]best[/i] — but today, it's open to the [i]rest.[/i] Of course, Ai is all too eager to participate in DivaFest. But compared to Yukishiro's skill, [i]she's a flop.[/i] She has a lot of traning to do before she can think of battling her in a competition. The remainder of the novel involves building Nobu's relationship between Ai, Yukishiro and her manager. Who makes it to the top (and in Nobu's arms) will be the result of your actions. No, I don't feel like writing anymore. I'm too tired. [h1]Visuals[/h1] The titlescreen is pretty baller, it's pretty and organized. From "Option", you may adjust a variety of audio, dialogue and display preferences. I loved the in-game visuals, they felt professional. Between the interface and animated characters, navigating and playing the game was treat to the eyes. Unlocked CGs an be viewed from "Otome" in the titlemenu, and the user-interface is automatically hidden. [h1]Verdict[/h1] I'd wait for a light sale given the playtime, but I think the visuals justify a premium. The artwork is feckin' professional, and the writing was decent. If you're on the prowl for adult content, wait for the patch to be released. If you're on the look-out for wholesome romance, drop the patch and grab this visual novel!
