  I was horny for a good Castlevania and it was so good it made me forget it had gay sex scenes until I beat a boss, and then I was horny for different reasons. Here's why you should play it: It's a good Castlevania game. Like really good. Closer to Symphony of the Night than Bloodstained was. It's short. I think I finished in 6 hours and 100% with all achievements in 11 hours. If you are gay and like gay sex scenes, they are wonderful. If that's not why you are here, you can disable them in the menu and then it's still a good Castlevania. Here's where it could be better: The English translation is not good. It reminds me of older video games from NES and SNES era when they were not properly localized (ITEM GET!) (ALL OF YOUR BASE BELONG TO US). Don't come here for plot, but what's here is fine, if only surface level. The game is so good it could've stood to be a bit larger in scale. I hope the developer makes more content. Lastly, and this is quality of life, there is a clear hub where you can go to the store and talk to allies, but the nearest fast-travel teleport is a ways away. I would've liked it closer.   Fun game! This game is a fun metroidvania game filled with hot guys! Definitely get it. Difficulty is hard in the beginning, but once you get the hang of it, it gets easier.

  Even if you completely take out the NSFW content in the game it is still extremely awesome metroidvania, literally its just Castlevania in an Angelic setting rather then Morbid with Muscular Male like enemies. Eating different foods every first time permanently raises stats and that greatly can make you overpowered if your focuses on getting stronger. Completely worth the buy in my opinion

  A fun game where at first it is hard because game save is hard to go by when mobs flocks you around and scarce of healing but when you get some items and skills, it will become relatively easy. A 5-6 hour full story gameplay is all it needed, well 7 hours if haven't 100% map. Overall, 9/10.

  o começo é meio dificil e chato mas depois que vc pega o jeito e vai ficando OP é bem facil terminar, as cgs são boas e a gameplay é meio cativante até certo ponto, mas como um todo é bem ok

  Metroidvania with great controls plus a light dating sim broken up by some very graphic and somewhat cheesy intimate moments (that can be turned off if you aren't into Man X Man). Love the cameos from other similarly themed games as well! If you like Metroidvanias or muscled men, do yourself a favor and check this game out! I was pulled in by the latter, but this is also a pretty good Metroidvania. Highly Recommend!

  Я джва года ждал эту игру! Ok, now getting serious. This is basically "What if Alucard from SotN was gay?" Pretty solid metroidvania, especially for an indie studio. Several animations, weapons and spells directly invoke the feelings from the Symphony of the Night. Only it's sunny and bright instead of grim and gloomy, but that is not a complaint. Gameplay is decent, although I'm not an expert on metroidvanias. Has explicit gay sex scenes as the core feature - even if you toggle them off it's obvious what's happening, so beware if you don't like this stuff. Also, said scenes are surpsingly decently drawn. And no, sex is presented in a positive and enternaining way. Worldbuilding is rather flimsy, but that's a norm for the genre. My main complaint is that it's very short for its price - rumour says it requires about 8 hours to get a 100% completion. Also, translation is kinda sloppy - it's always easy to understand what's said in text, but it's riddled with bad spelling and grammar hiccups, although the devs are promising to clean it up.

  TLDR: +NSFW settings can be turned off and the game becomes a SFW Metroidvania with many, but not all, sexualized masculine enemies. +Grinding and farming is relatively fast, more so if you get the items that increase xp and money gain. +Difficulty can be offset by buying an item available at the shop upon first entry, any by levelling up. +Most items enemies can drop can be found through exploration or through the shop. Two or three are difficult to find/notice unless you've played SOTN but only one is interesting enough to want to find. +-If you like the NSFW scenes, they're well-drawn and fully voiced. They're just static images though, and the scenes are vanilla. Don't expect magic sex or sex-related gameplay. +-No raunchy items like dildo swords, nude armor, or c*m bullets lol -Some item descriptions are not helpful. You need to have played Castlevania SOTN to know what they are, but you can easily learn what each item does by using them. The exception is the Ancient Scroll, which is an expensive sort of late game item anyway, and the HG (or HK?) Knuckles which increases money drop. -The library puzzle can be confusing. Luckily, this is where you get the money-knuckles. -After fighting a certain boss, it's not clear where to go next. One pathway just opens in the castle without notice. The path doesn't remind you of the boss so it's difficult to know they're related. -Some enemy corpses look like items. Don't panic, your game is not bugged. -No map markers afaik. PSA cause of a bug: ALWAYS HAVE A SHOP TICKET after you've reached the library. If you fight the Incubus, and it hits you with its tail, you'll be thrown off screen. Just use a Shop Ticket to get yourself out. You can also use the ticket when you're fighting a boss jsyk. Other Notes: If you have played Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, this game is basically that and other Castlevania titles on a smaller scale. If you see a giant bell, you know there's something in there. If you see a waterfall, you know there's something behind it. If you see a massive floating sword, a knight with a hammer together with a knight with twin blades, you know how they're going to attack. Oh, there's a weapon that has rainbow sparkles? You know this is your money-grinding tool. Depending on your tastes, you might feel this makes the game less fresh. The music and backgrounds are sometimes too similar too. Personally, I like how I get rewarded by playing the game like SOTN when I see similar situations (like the bell and the waterfall). If you haven't, as long as you're familiar with the Metroidvania genre, you'll understand how to play this game without help. If you're not, you need to know that the game prevents you from accessing certain areas until you get skills that allow you do, usually by following the main quest which in this game is linear, though there will be no signs and arrows pointing you where to go. A bit of experimentation and remembering previously inaccessible places is required. Save points are also placed far from each other so save often and don't engage in combat unless you're confident you can conserve your HP. Luckily, the map isn't too big that backtracking becomes a nightmare.
