  its a good game but you need to make it multiplayer. i feel like more people would play it if it was multiplayer survival. other than that great game and everybody should get a chance to play it.

  The Infected is an extremely charming and captivating survival and crafting game with an out-of-the-ordinary, gloomy atmosphere. The open world environment graphics and models are splendidly realistic; the weather system is also excellent. There are a myriad of customizable settings in terms of content, difficulty and display. Exceedingly addictive and definitely one of my favourite games to play when I have a lot of time to kill! It is an early access title so you can expect inconsistent and overly complicated harvesting, crafting and construction mechanics. The game is not optimised for use on all machines and some players have reported graphic and other performance problems. Many behavioural issues with vambie mobs and glitches with object and environment interactions occur as well. There are no story elements nor any back story, for that matter. Technology progression is completely illogical, based on chance instead of skill. The landscape is pretty desolate and repetitive; however, I believe that a number of these areas are being worked on and will be addressed in future updates. That being said, I would recommend that anyone except the considerably brave steer clear of engaging in interchanges on the game's Steam forum and group chat, and on the game's Discord. These channels are controlled by an exclusive band of conceited moderators and veteran players; the developer does not seem to put in an appearance frequently. Some posts from novices and outsiders are not responded to at all; most will elicit unfriendly, passive-aggressive responses. Quite often, a post or comment that contains valid game feedback or suggestions is simply deleted. There is very little constructive help here for questions of any sort - better ways of finding answers exist online. Finally, you can bet your bottom dollar that every single player in this cliquish community who has an issue with this review will mark it as "funny".

  The only downside that I have for this game is that it's not really multiplayer. I think that if it was multiplayer with friends it could be more fun than it already is. Maybe have the players spawn in at different locations to start and then they have to survive to find each other and team up against the vambies or something.

  Really love this game! It's gotten so much better with having Mike around but I wish there was a way to have this as multi player, either online or with a friend!
