  It's everything you loved about Papers Please with a 3D world, a lot more stuff to do, and a great atmosphere. Robbaz introduced the game to me then I played the demo and loved it. Full release runs great so far and it's definitely worth picking up. Looking forward to Endless mode being added later (as the Dev stated previously). Currently it has a 30 day story campaign with plenty to do and lots of upgrades.

  I've been looking forward to this game for years now, and I am greatly enjoying it so far. It builds off the foundation that "Papers, Please" set but builds off of it, allowing you to hire new staff for the border post, upgrade them, upgrade your apartment, buy new vehicles, etc. It breaks up the loop by giving you additional tasks to do outside of your job, such as transport contraband you've requisitioned to the police station, likewise take smugglers to a labor camp, buy new tools, etc. This part of the game is very enjoyable, and it's what you'll be doing for a majority of your time. It also features periodic combat encounters, occasionally your border post will be attacked by a rebel faction, but doesn't happen terribly often. Every now and then you'll get a mission forwarded to you that will feature combat. Periodically on the road, you will be ambushed as well. These break up the regular gameplay loop and give you more to do beyond checking papers. EDIT: I can confirm, they've fixed the ambush mechanic, these happen significantly less often now. I can absolutely recommend the game entirely at this point. I've removed the several paragraphs detailing my grief with this mechanic from the review.

  Good game. However, the ambushes are incredibly frustrating. They happen all the time when I'm driving, minimum of 2 ambushes. Most I've had was 4. Completely obnoxious. EDIT: Ambushes have been reduced, making the game MUCH better.

  Very enjoyable game! I really liked Papers Please and this game just puts that experience in another level, which is so nice to see. Looking forward to upcoming contents and updates!

  Maybe later. The game is inspired by Paper's Please, and while that part of the game is fun it feels like the developer felt the need to flesh out other aspects like driving, gun fights, chases, etc. They don't really add to the game at best, and are janky and not very fun at worst. Within an hour I was already dreading some of the tasks the game wanted me to do. Add in the silly ambush rate and it just feels like a slog. The idea is there, it just needs a lot more polish and thought before I'd recommend anyone pick it up.

  Such a beautiful game. I think this is the only game I have been this excited for, and definitely the first one I've bought on launch. I'm really excited to play this one through all the way!

  I've been waiting for this game for 4 years or more, I saw the trailer for this game a long time ago and it hit me instantly, the very idea of ​​being a customs officer in a country very similar to the Soviet Union is amazing! I'm just starting to play it, but I've already gone through the demo version and what can I say this game has excellent graphics, an interesting plot, unforgettable gameplay, it met all my expectations, if you ask yourself, is it worth buying? Worth it! Thank you developers for finally bringing the game to the end, I have already lost all hope that the game will ever be released, thank you!
